Look at it this way:
- Pompeo announces speech
- Trump announces speech right after Pompeo
Now JUST BEFORE Pompeo starts his speech, there is this thing about Trump term having ended "right now" (assuming Zulu time).
What does it sound like to you?
To me, it sounds like they put all the conditions together for any actors to believe that shit was about to hit the fan... and then it did not.
- Pompeo's speech was kind of lame, just words, nothing special
- Trump's speech has been reported by a day
- the state.gov page was a "hack" or a "disgruntled employee" (yeah sure...)
Pretty much equates to telling everyone "hey we're gonna do it now, look!". And then crickets.
Why? My theory is that they wanted to see what would happen. Who would come out. Would there be any military movements. Would there be any surge in DS communications.
As an additional benefit, now if/when they do effectively trigger this for real, DS will be wary to put all their forces in the battle immediately — and thus exposing themselves — thus giving Trump some solid advance once shit really hits the fan.

It reminded me of when they scheduled the WH Press Pool to arrive at 7:30 am and then when they all got there they told them to go home. It has a very “Trump” sort of touch to it lol

Or it could be a feint. Make them panic and overextend which allow you to take those openings for a counter punch.

The military uses Zulu time as it is UYC +0. The allows for worldwide coordination without translation of time zones. If Trump is report under Zulu, then that would be a good indicator that the Insurrection Act is in play and the military is actively engaged.

The plane guys were also mentioning right during Pompeo's speech a lot of interesting military air movements (including Italian military planes heading into East Coast US) and the timings mirrored from the DoS "hack" brought up some interesting q posts and they lined up pretty well with some interesting things. Including the "rogue employee".

I got wind of some very detailed information from Simon Parkes page which I thought oddly detailed at the time.
Like how the 'rod of god' would be used on a dam in China and that it would be flagged as a nuclear scare, which would then allow Trump to utilise a global emergency broadcast system
Then I find out that Trump was scheduled to speak on FoxNow, which was then delayed 2 hours.
Then Pompeo's speech was announced, and then that Fox had banned Trump.
It all gave the impression something was going down. I think Simon and Co. were used to dissimenate disinfo to see what kind of response it provoked with the CCP, especially since Trump never went on air and Pompeo talked around a lot of stuff but was clearly agitated at certain points, as if he were on the verge of launching into a q speech.
It was a fucking psy-op. I'm a bit pissed though. I know these things have to be done sometimes, but I warned a few people, really upset my mother and managed to scare the shit out of my wife even though I was actually trying to reassure her that it might sound scary but it's actually a good thing.
Simon even mentioned the other day that his info was occasionally disinfo. I feel like a right twat now.
