I mentioned this to my wife, and she told me that the post office workers aren’t wearing them either.
I thought that Biden’s EO was for federal workers and people on federal property had to wear them. Apparently even federal agencies are ignoring Biden. I never bought into the “Biden isn’t actually president” thing, but I’m starting to reconsider.

Well, judging from my personal experience the post office isn't delivering mail so wy would they even bother with masks. Sorry for the sarcasm but waiting over a week for ANY word on a package mailed over a week ago. Again.
I received Christmas candy in the mail last week. Ordered before Christmas!
I signed up for that Informed Delivery option. Since I did it is clear to see that they are only delivering First Class mail once per week. So many packages shipped to me say they are on their way until the promised date of delivery and then suddenly they make it clear with obtuse messages that they have no clue where it is. I get that Undeliverable one, as if it's my fault that the delivery person clocked out instead of delivering my package. Really tired of being at their mercy!
Exactly! You'll get it when they feel like getting it to you. I even tried to fill out a complaint on the package I am waiting for. After filling in 4 screens of info.......... guess what? An error...... big surprise.
I was wondering if it was only us. Must be nice to get paid and not have to work everyday. Days go by now and we have no mail and I see no carrier around town. I don't miss all of the junk mail, but some of us get payment thru the mail and it's a bit concerning as we can no longer rely on them.
I worked as an RCA for a couple months. They hire & fire like nobody's business. The turnover rate is absolutely ridiculous. I was so angry that they let me go because I got sick. Because i am smart, fast, willing and able. But they don't value employees as people, they treat you like a machine. I was working 11 hr days and that's why I got sick. There was nowhere to use the restroom out in residential neighborhoods so I wasn't drinking throughout the day. The vehicles get over 100° inside, my vehicle literally had over 1 million miles on it. They joke that the vehicles are "death traps," how is that a joke?! People literally die in them and the post office doesn't care. It sucks because I hear how it used to be so great back in the day, and there's NO. reason it can't be like that now. But the way it's run is bordering criminal. And you're right, when you do finally make it to regular, you are expected to turn into a lazy, entitled f*** and look down on the workers who are slaving beneath you. It was a very toxic work environment and it needs to be overhauled from the ground up. "Going postal" should not be acceptable.

This is why I am against unions. Some of the things they " supposedly " fight for do sound noble, but ultimately it's just a disguise for racketeering and other illegal activities. I had the same situation at my post office a week or 2 ago! Sign said masks are “recommended” in the lobby and literally NONE of the employees that I saw were wearing one. Definitely was evidence to me of how seriously that EO is being implemented! Hmmmm.
I've started to not wear my mask wherever I go now. Fuck tyranny. I grew some balls and stopped wearing my diaper. I was supposed to go into a hospital to deliver food to a nurse but the cuck at front stopped me. Said I were to wear a disposable diaper and have my temperature taken. Said fuck no and walked out. Nurse met me outside and understood. Told her I already got China virus and I'm immune. True by the way.

It's a common misunderstanding that post office is a federal corporation. It isn't. The mail itself is a federal thing, but the post office doesn't get money from tax payers.

My husband works for a federal agency. They don't have to wear their masks all the time. They have rules that when you are in your office you can take it off. They have limited occupancy in their gym so he doesn't have to wear it in there either. I never heard him complaining about the rules changing when Biden signed that executive order so I assume that they haven't received any orders to change them.
