Same here Pede. Lawyers, MIT grads/teachers, and a few other fields that take actual brain meat to accomplish. I used to value their insight on topics and loved to just pick their brain on issues.
Then Trump.
I don't understand how people with obviously so much brain power can be so completely fucking oblivious to what is happening...
It would be different if their arguments against him were compelling, but it alwats boils down to Orange Man Bad.
I just had to stop talking politics with them, but as a result, not that I'm super political anyways, have distanced myself from them.
These educated folk were taught that they are smart, but weren't taught, nor have they yet discovered, the importance of humility. The rockerfeller education system has been 'ef'in' with this fundamental of education, and messing up society... These folk haven't received an authentic education, they have been been taught tricks, not wisdom, but have been taught they're better than others, 'cus they have a 'fancy education'. Lack of humility leads to a lack of curiosity, which leads to a lack of critical thinking.
I have a friend with two PhDs from two IVY League schools. He definitely still has curiosity and could destroy nearly any professor at their own subject.
Reason I bring that up is I believe he does have critical thinking about all sorts of subjects.
So why does he believe Trump is the Antichrist and their was no election fraud and their is no New World Order conspiracy?
I believe he’s achieved so many accolades and awards in various professions throughout his life and acknowledging big pharma or the education system which he used to achieve those results shatters his entire reality. The belief in the education system if just 10% of students received a higher education than currently we as a society would transform for the better.
As of now he believes those infected or who have been previously should wait 2 months and get vaccinated even though according to his data they only have a 3% chance to get reinfected.
I tell him that makes zero sense. He says it will prevent them from getting long term Covid damage to their organs. I say wouldn’t that mean they already experienced long term Covid damage.
So no matter what I say I get shot down. The more I think about it what I must sound like to him is this:
All those scientists working at governmental agencies and vaccine companies are frauds and don’t have the public interest at heart.
That contradicts his lifetime belief system that indeed they do have our public interest at heart. For him it shatters lifetime beliefs and many people just can’t deal with that paradigm shift. Some might never deal ever after showing public executions and shutting down MSM. He even has a few friends that will be executed or who have been at GITMO.
So personally I have no problem except he thinks I and others who refuse to get vaccinated have blood on our hands for murdering innocent people who eventually become infected. I guess I’ll just have to admit that I’m a stone cold killer. So be it.
I'll admit that I've been asleep to many things in life. But October 2020 started my great awakening. And it has had me reflect on the prior months of being asleep.
I wonder how many times people tried to get through to me. I realized that all of the people who are still asleep around me never tried since they couldn't.
As for staying home, I did that and I felt great at home. I chose to do that to skip wearing a mask. I thought, "IF this is a real pandemic, then why are so many people out and about all of the time with masks that don't work?"
Then, I took my greatest adventure of my life. The drive from California to DC for the 6th. It was transformative in so MANY ways. And I realized that I was afraid of a cold. So, I kept digging to learn more. In a GA post, this was the title:
The vaccine wasn't brought in for COVID, COVID was brought in for the vaccine. Then, everything makes sense.
And if sterilization is part of that plan, they've gotten rid of some of the sheep from reproducing. Depopulation strategies doesn't care about who is affects. It just needs to reduce the population.
I will respect anyone's desire to feel safe with getting a vaccine, but I will pause and comment, "good luck and I hope there are no negative effects for you."
Everyday, I feel blessed for waking up in time. And MANY thanks to this community.
Yea I only looked at election fraud until January then I finally put the big picture together. I feel insane for not doing this back in 2001. To me everything makes sense and all these random events ain’t random whatsoever.
That's a really good insight. The people I know who are the most against hearing the truth are the most cocky, arrogant people. Humility goes a long way to being open and curious.
Who ever created the anti Trump phrase “ Orange Man Bad” is the man / woman/ gender fluid person behind the curtain.
This person is public enemy no 1, in my opinion they created the biggest lie that ever got told.
Like you I have had to take a very deep breath and remove myself from talking politics / COVID or any current affairs with all the jab junkies around me.
We are all experiencing this at some level. we can lead a horse to water, but ultimately, it's the horse's choice. Their body, their choice and we could be wrong on any or all of our points. I choose to share my understanding of the current situation with others without harping on it unless they want to know more. I have not consistently made great decisions nor should I expect others to do so. On a positive note, freeway traffic may be getting better. I tell each person in the end, I do not care if you believe me, do your own research.
What I do when it comes to issues. I think it's wrong to try to change someone's mind. They need to do that on their own. My goal is to ensure that we don't force people to do it.
Most pro vac folks do agree. That it should not be forced on anyone.
When it comes to love ones doing it.
This is out of our hands.
We must pray and hope for the best.
My mom took the vaccine.
I did not try and stop her.
Even though I am not taking it.
She believes its safe for her.
So I won't try and stop her.
We have to let people make their own choices.
It's no different then letting a love one drive a car.
They are taking a RISK by getting behind the wheel.
This is true. Project mockingbird is real. Very smart people are caught in its web. You underestimate the science behind it if you think it’s easy to escape. Yes, it’s exhausting, but do not feed your ego and think you are above those who are caught, that will ensnare you in a whole series of Ego traps.
Unfortunately it’s as easy as shutting off the tv as an experiment for a few weeks. I’ve had people not even be willing to do that, I’ve got no time for those folks. Control what you can hold what you’ve got, but Bottom line is has been an eye opening exercise to determine who around you is an imbecile, who is a coward, and who is the enemy.
You are correct. Unfortunately the black box (aka TV) is their ultimate control over the masses, though they have moved onto cell phones. Many people on our side are still connected to that system; a system they will die to protect. Our mission is to put dents and cracks (doubt) into that system, so when the time comes they won't sacrifice their life to protect it. This will all end; how this ends is up to us.
Being unplugged (from tv) for over a decade it's hard to understand. But it's only because I've replaced that with my smrtphone. Indoctrination is a bitch. Sadly if you dig into the inspirational figures of the hero's they hold we find some very nefarious ideologies. And therefore I cannot accept them smart. It's maybe highly specialized and missing the broader picture. Often the pursuit of higher learning is worship of self, money, and nothing more.
Often the smartest people are the ones incapable of properly comprehending some of the most obvious signs around them. I have thought at great length about this as I work in a field with many very intelligent people. They often lack in a few departments, but one thing never lacking it seems is confidence. This confidence I believe blocks their ability to consider if they are wrong, as they almost always think they are right on any given subject. So, my theory is they build up their perception of the current situation, almost like a bubble around them, and think that everyone else is wrong as they are typically always right. This bubble acts as a firewall for them, automatically filtering out anything that goes against their narrative, as anything opposing them would mean they are wrong. It is very strange to see how they deflect and explain even some of the most obvious signs, such as the bellwether anomaly with the election. Even worse, how they perceive the plandemic. This confidence really in the end boils down to arrogance, and some of these people I think even value their own lives more than others, even if they do not directly say it. This leads to irrational thinking when they believe their life is at risk. Again, this is not everyone, but the vast majority seem to share these same exact traits and beliefs. I have given up speaking to any of them as at this point logic has been blocked by their firewall. In the end, it is worrisome to me that so many people who could be doing great things for the cause, are prevented from doing so by the very gift that would make them so valuable. However, most of the people I am speaking of are very self centered, which honestly I feel is more of a detriment more often than not. But you are doing the correct thing, do not let them go or give up on them. If they leave you, then you know they were not true friends. I wish you the best free, but I am confident in the end the vast majority will wake up.
Then the question is, is our definition of “smart” correct if people who are “smart” cannot think critically and self-analyze their own positions? Maybe “smart” is due for a redefinition.
Totally agree and I could go on about this subject as well, but to sum it up I am referring to IQ only. I do not pretend to have IQ's nearly as high as these people, but what I lack in that department I make up for self awareness and communication. In the end, I tend to fit in better on teams and people seem to like working with me. I may not be as "smart", but it does not stop people from wanting me on their projects.
The IQ tests are all about pattern recognition - something which I appear to be good at. But I'm also good at logic and lateral thinking, which separates me from those who are "smart but stupid" (SBS).
Hmm, I just thought of something else. I've always been a bit of a "misfit". I'm not autistic afaik but I've always been a bit of a loner. However, the main thing is that I've never been afraid to "think different". Never felt the need to conform or fit in with the crowd.
It's impossible to properly measure intelligence, even with IQ tests, because true intelligence is entirely situational-based. Let me give you an example... What if the pandemic was ACTUALLY a pandemic and the stores ran out of food for months. Who is more intelligent, the lawyer with an ivy league degree, or the "redneck" who owns a farm and has an infinite food supply? If there was a true pandemic, the lawyer is the first one to die. Ben Shapiro said this in one of his recent videos. "If there was an apocalypse, I would be the first to die"... Why? Because memorization and debating are useless in a survival situation. Just like being a lawyer is useless when there is no food on the shelves at the store. Even if it's not an apocalyptic situation, intelligence is still situational-based. You don't hire a lawyer to build your house. You don't hire a programmer to protect you in court. Having intelligence of one thing doesn't mean you have ALL intelligence. Having a high IQ doesn't mean you know everything. Being a master at one thing doesn't make you a master at another. It's really all common sense, but people let their ego get involved and fail to realize it.
IQ was designed to measure general competency in learning and executing a wide range of levels of work. A high IQ means you can be a doctor, an engineer, a lawyer. A low IQ means you cannot be those things. An extremely low IQ means you are incapable of basic tasks, would be legally classified as retarded, etc. The military uses IQ to make sure their recruits can follow basic commands.
On the subject of the test itself, it is supposedly designed to detect high levels of problem solving and pattern recognition. So I would argue that IQ, though likely correlated with education level (since IQ is positively correlated to wealth, and higher wealth usually means higher education level), is actually independent of education.
Let’s just say that I’ve known some people who are very very good at what they do, and are brilliant at figuring out math problems and whatnot, yet they cannot see straight when it comes to the real world. I don’t think those people have exceptional IQs because of that, in fact I am pretty certain they have normal IQs but just a lot of focus and dedication to their specific studies which makes them geniuses in those fields.
Of course I conveniently framed this argument to suggest that we, the “awakened” ones, are geniuses with high IQs because we have seen through the smoke and mirrors of society.. haha. Maybe there is some element of truth beyond just self-flattery, anyways that’s my two cents.
Great analysis. I've recently come to a similar conclusion in regards to those types of people. It really baffles me how they refuse to see the truth when it's presented to them.
I don't blame people who are blind because they just are not exposed to the other side of what the MSM tells them, but when they willfully reject any dissenting facts ARE shown to them then that's something else. Those who are like that are tend to be egoistic and full of themselves.
As a stable super genius myself, I'm going to go ahead and say they're probably not as smart as you think they are. ?
God bless you for hanging in there with them, but know that the only cure for ignorance is humility, and some people, often those who consider themselves intelligent, lack this personality trait due to self preservation of the ego.
I often think of true intelligence as a wagon wheel: It's composed of many spokes representing different areas of "knowledge".
Empathy, humility, self-awareness, curiosity, kindness, etc are just as essential spokes as science, literature, politics, finance, etc. And there are a lot of "smart" people riding around in bumpy wagons.
Your path might be longer and more fraught with peril, but I'm willing to bet it's smoother and more Graceful.
The smart you talk about arr useless in this battlefield. It the wise you seek. Until they can learn from their own mistakes they are foolish. Everyone can find the truth, not all will recognize it.
What makes you consider them as 'very very smart' or 'insanely smart'?
I know a good number of people who consider themselves educated and in some cases maybe even smarter than those around them, but to a person they all have gaping holes in their body of knowledge, in their intellect. In many cases they actually have less intelligence than others in that they learned 'one' thing only. Or have arrogant egos, or goals which drive their reasoning much as funding drives research towards desired goals.
A good number of folks I know are what I label as over-educated; their PHD in history or whatever leads them to imagine they are therefor intelligent when in many cases they cannot reason or use logical deduction to solve problems or understand complex situations.
Just saying, when people refuse to accept reality or to question propaganda and obvious Hatred.... well, how insanely intelligent can they really be?
Every single one of us is vulnerable to indoctrination / brainwashing given the right circumstances.
That's why I say I am sad when I see people I know and love chomping at the bit to take this vaccine. As long as I am in their lives, they are in mine.
Probably people with doctorate degrees. I know a few, they are deeply intelligent and usually tolerant and open minded people, except... arrogant beyond belief and prone to virtue signalling. They see themselves as elite and they are secretly terrified of being shunned by their peers.
They are hard to make into believers, but their behavior is incredibly easy to control.
Maybe it’s just me but I seem to have an entirely different idea of smart. I have a bachelors in cybersecurity and I’m in IT and honestly since moving from a rural area in the Midwest 10 years ago to Denver, aka ketamine city it is my honest opinion that the least educated redneck in my home state is 10x more intelligent than every masters and phd holding liberal I’ve met at work. Even the ones I thought required exception people to attain growing up like engineering or mathematics these people just are not intelligent. Sure they have studied their topic a lot and played the game to get their degree but I no longer think even the most respected degrees are difficult. Everyone is capable of achieving what they put their mind too. Havin the capacity to study what you enjoy isn’t that impressive to me anymore. Maybe I’m just a crazy asshole but that’s my opinion from gathering data for 30 years of life
I think intelligence is a factor but it could be more to do with personality and life experiences. I was fortunate enough to have exposure to conservative thought before college
Sounds like you've seen G. Edward Griffin's interview with KGB defector, Yuri Bezmenov. The demoralization campaign is explained in good detail.
It's a worthwhile investement of 2.15 hours if not. The demoralized become the easily convinced (with words) and easily offended (with words). Ultimately, it's a "blind trust in authority" that leads to this intractable condition. Only "experts" should be listened to and their opinion trumps all else, including one's own. The results are on full display these days....
Anyway, I'm in your camp OP. I'm not interested in cutting anybody out of my life no matter what. But a few former friends have chosen to stop talking with me... So be it. They're welcome reach back out any time, hopefully after they've seen the light!
Nice post today, your insight is valuable to this community!
I think the real battle is coming because perhaps as large of an issue is the vaccination passport. How am I to feel about those who support de facto forcing of vaccinations either by job mandates or needing to go to grocery store or dentist / doctor. I literally feel a revulsion toward them and that will cause permanent damage. Also, the concept of vaccinated people can’t go near Unvaccinated people is taking hold. Whoever takes that position towards me is gone and I feel nothing. Maybe a bit extreme, but it’s almost like they’re telling me I’m not very important as a friend. In the end, how many that do not want to take will succumb?
For the first time in over a month I'll be playing some video games with a friend that, last I spoke, got into a heated argument over Biden's immigration policy and how it is being done intentionally and was not "a very warm hearted, caring guy who just doesn't fully understand all the consequences".
It's going to take a lot for me not to show him the link of Biden saying he wants a "relentless stream of people" and telling my friend to F off for being a moron, but I need to keep reminding myself that it's not his fault for not being awake, that it's my job to keep finding ways to reach him, and that it's up to him to cut me out, not the other way around.
It's not easy, though. Gets really frustrating trying to find nice ways of saying "I told you so" without actually saying "I told you so".
I have noticed the denial too, from people I thought were relatively intelligent. I have a theory that to recognize the TRUTH, and that they were WRONG will shatter their EGOS.
Also, they refuse to believe the government would knowingly harm us or recognized institutions like the CDC, NIH, FBI, WHO, CIA, etc would make an agenda against us. That's my theory.
Sounds like you want to be a doormat. Aside from grandma who doesn't really care about anything but your well-being and will bake you an apple pie whether you are pro or anti vax, you should absolutely cut these people out of your life. This is a golden opportunity to weed out all the trash and fakery from your life and seek authenticity. These brainwashed "friends" and "family" or yours have no qualms about shitting on you for your beliefs, and they are doing it off of some headlines they read on CNN and MSNBC. You mean so little to them that they didn't even bother to look into anything before making this decision, because it's really not about any of the issues or any fundamental stance for them; it's about how you and your beliefs embarass them in the public eye. LOL That's it. That's how pea-brained and superficial they really are.
When the Great Awakening comes, you think they will come to you and respect you because you knew and tried to warn them, but they won't; they'll despise you and you'll just be there like an idiot with open arms. They'll just go on with a few reflective words, followed up with inspirational quotes and virtue signaling all over Twitter and Instagram ad nauseam.
You should tell them to fuck off, making it really difficult for them to reconcile (if you even want to). Then you know whom to keep in your life if and when the time comes; the rest will just be a liability to you.
If I was you I would focus on your own safety. Like you said no one is immune against communist tactics. What will you do when those friends turn on you?
I'm in the same boat with me extended family. The problem is, I'm just as smart as they are, actually have a higher IQ than most of my family, bit I'm considered "stupid" for backing Trump, refusing the "vaccine," and am a Q follower, and am not a college grad. And now, they've shunned me from the family functions. So, they're on their own now. I no longer care that they got this vaccine. I no longer care that they're still asleep and refuse to wake up. My kids are redpilled, even my 10 yr old daughter. The rest of them family will soonnlearnninwas right all along. Will they apologize? Doubtful, as my family is heavily opinionated and hardly ever admit they're wrong. So, when the shit does finally hit the fan, they're on their own. I'm not kid ing a finger to help. The stupid and idiotic among us deserve to be washed out of the gene pool. It's the only way to ensure humanity's survival with the best and brightest among us.
Yeah I just visited friends for Easter dinner and one guest was calling Trump supporters “rubes” as if we are all hayseeds.... I ‘ve got some news for her- we are the smart ones! Do not let libtard disdain get to you!

They got to their position through memorizations. Excellent note takers. Great minds.
Intuition is different. Skepticism is different. How is their spirit? Are they grounded with nature?
They are not stupid. They are probably too filled with ego. We are not above nature.
These educated folk were taught that they are smart, but weren't taught, nor have they yet discovered, the importance of humility.
So true!
Great perception of this issue. ??
Hang in there!

Great explanation. Absolutely love it. Gonna have to steal this one.
Sincerest form of flattery; all I say is on the shoulders of giants. Steal away!
The smart you talk about arr useless in this battlefield. It the wise you seek. Until they can learn from their own mistakes they are foolish. Everyone can find the truth, not all will recognize it.
Wonderful. This thread whole thread is quite a fertile garden!
if only i could be wise enough to spell properly. KEK

Every smart person who gets the vaccine makes me feel even smarter.
I can’t do it either. They dont realize that their thoughts are not their own.
You speak great truth.
There's book smart and street smart. Most of the book smart are not street smart but the opposite can be true more often, imo.
The brainwashing is real, fren. Combat it in any way you can.
If one tactic doesn't work, switch to another.

I don’t want vaxxed blood!!! Major issue.
Thank you for this reminder.
I’m kind of hoping Bill Gates is right and everyone that took the vaccine dies.
I have taken the exact same stance. While they turn their backs in me, I will remain. I will be there when they turn back. I will do what I can.
Remember that "really really smart" people are simply professional reciters.
It's not about 'intelligence.' That is not the correct metric to use.
If I was you I would focus on your own safety. Like you said no one is immune against communist tactics. What will you do when those friends turn on you?
they actually are not so smart as you think
