I have made this concoction for many years, it is essential to maintaining a optimum immune system.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iA6c2J-HQME
Equal parts of lemon juice, garlic juice, ginger juice, Braggs apple cider vinegar and honey (1 cup each)
If you don't have one, buy yourself a juice extractor.
You can buy peeled garlic at your grocery store. You need about 5 cups of whole cloves to make 1 cup of juice.
You can find juiced ginger on the web. https://www.swansonvitamins.com/dynamic-health-certified-organic-ginger-juice-unsweetened-16-fl-oz-liquid
8 lemons will give you aprox 1 cup of juice.
Add 1 cup of Braggs apple cider vinegar to all of the above and simmer till you reduce the volume by 1/3. The woman in the video says reduce by 1/2. Once it starts to thicken up I stop simmering it. It will make you house smell for a couple days, I like the smell, my kids hate it.
Depending on the type of garlic you use, the liquid may turn green, this is normal.
Once you are done simmering, add 1-2 cups of honey and stir. I use 2 cups of honey, makes it go a little further. Put it in a one quart canning jar and keep it refrigerated.
I put one tablespoon of this in my smoothies each day. You can also pour a shot glass and drink up, warms you right up. I also use this as a marinade on my chicken, oh so good
Here is a post from earlier that had additional information about building your immune system. https://greatawakening.win/p/12iNGkdffw/did-you-know-you-can-make-your-o/
Bonus:
I also make a concoction using the following items that are said to reverse heart disease and control cholesterol. This helps eliminate atherosclerotic plaque from your circulatory system. Prevent future heart attacks and stokes.
1 cup warm water
1 teaspoon turmeric
pinch of black pepper
Juice 1 lemon
1 tablespoon Braggs apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of cayenne red pepper
1 tablespoon of the concoction from above
2 tablespoons of honey
This will warm you up as well, The taste is not the greatest but not horrible. Stir like crazy and chug it. It does make you feel good afterwards. I think its the cayenne pepper that helps reduce the plaque in your circulatory system so the more you add, better the effects. Getting used to the heat comes with time. It will make you asshole burn a little when taking a dump ....lol.
Also, Vitamin K will help prevent atherosclerotic plaque in your arteries by regulating calcium deposition in your arteries. https://www.organicfacts.net/vitamin-k.html
Heart disease runs in my family. My grandfather died at age 55(widow maker). My father and both younger brothers have had coronary bypass graphs. (CABG) I myself had a stress test about a year ago and passed with flying colors.
I have been a respiratory therapist for 30 years. All of our patients with respiratory symptoms go in to isolation, masks required. I remember a time when I would get sick every year. I would contract either Flu A, Flu B, RSV, not any more. I don't want to say I have not had a cold in many years because as soon as I say it, I will get sick, lol.
I have taken care of many covid patients over the last year. Some of our covid patients have been so sick they required ECMO (Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation)
ECMO is a form of heart lung bypass that can be provided at the patient bedside. Respiratory therapists manage the ECMO pumps which requires we stay at the patient bedside at all times. Being locked in a room with a covid patient wearing full protective gear sucks but I am not worried about contracting it. We know the masks have their limitations so I attribute my good health to the supplements I take to build my immune system.
Note, all of the covid patients I have taken care of have had several comorbidities. Heart disease, lung disease, heart abnormalities, diabetes, obesity, hypertension being the most common. If you are healthy, do not fear covid, its just a flu. Follow my smoothie routine above(link provided) and you will not get sick.
THIS IS VITAL FOR PEOPLE WITH HYPERTENSION:
If you take ACE2 inhibitors for high blood pressure,(Lisinopril) DO NOT miss a dose of your medication. ACE2 inhibitors will help prevent you from contracting covid however if you stop taking it, you will have as much as a 5 times greater chance of developing life threatening symptoms from the covid virus. Covid attaches to your ACE2 receptor sites, ACE2 inhibitors prevents the covid from attaching to your cells. However, over time you develop more ACE2 receptor sites if you are taking inhibitors. If you stop taking your medication you have 5 times the sites that are open to attack by the virus. Get your scripts filled early.
I hope some of my suggestions help you stay healthy, have a good day.
My grandma was a nurse , i went through her book collection most of them were on natural remedies plants herbs , preventatives and treatments She is born in 30s. Stark contrast to now of just take this drug
Lost of books, please?
They were compromised by rodents had to toss ill go over there in the next few days see if there were any i saved cant remember.
sorry no books
Michael Savage wrote a similar book in the 70's or 80's. Big proponent of vitamins and nutrition.
Ive never heard of him seems like i should, he seems like an interesting person.
Borders, language, and culture has been his creed for decades.
Hes old now and more wishy washy but this is one of my favorite segments

His books are great

Thank you! i like alot of what he said ill be a regular listener .
He's my Rush Limbaugh. I heard him in my first job in the late 90s and he was calling out immigratiin policy back then.
Trump borrowed a lot from him, he was the first key player to have Trump on in 2015 amd his first major supporter to his audience of millions.
Hes alot more pleasant to listen to than modern broadcasters on youtube & radio, I tone them out after a few minutes. Hes way more candid he said a few things a agreed with that most are too afraid to speak on sad hes older
Interesting fact:
The Rockerfellers owned 90% of the world's oil refineries. He then took over the medical schools and big Pharma. Medicine in America had been very natural and holistic until then. Rockerfeller changed it so medicine became oriented towards taking a pill for a disease. Rockerfeller made and sold the pills.
Yep. See the book: *Rockefeller Medicine Men: Medicine and Capitalism in America *
Do you know where to find information that was taught before the move to pharma?
I learned a lot from:
Dr. Sherri Tenpenny: https://www.drtenpenny.com/
Dr. Carrie Madej: https://www.bitchute.com/video/TZpz9L2meqyG/
Dr Zelenko: https://vladimirzelenkomd.com/zelenko-treatment-protocol/
I initially found them on bitchute.
Quercitin - stops viruses from entering cell.
Zinc - stops virus from multiplying
Vit D3 - Boosts your immune system (I'm taking this now).
Dr. Tenpenny stated that most disease is caused by too much or too little of something. I'm going to look up health foods and their benefits. I'm careful though, because you can overdose on something, even though it's healthy and organic. For instance, you can overdose on fat soluble vitamins, because the body stores the excess.
Thank you, thank you!!
pro nutrition person here. Almost all disease is inflammation and insulin resistance. Eat whole foods (organic animal products), dont snack much, exercise, socialize, sunlight. D3+K2, zinc+(egcg/quercetin), magnesium. Avoid omega 6s or up your omega 3s, avoid sugar (fake or not) at all costs. If you need sweetener- monk fruit or stevia.
This is my main problem... I can't seem to get better on my blood sugars. I resonate with whole foods.... Will look at your recommendations and lol knit my sweeteners and change to change sweeteners to stevia/monkfruit for family!!!!
egcg/quercetin are new to me, I will check it out. I'm logging with chronometer, but no progress yet.
Your blood sugars will go down if your insulin resistance goes down. Insulin is like a key that opens cells to insert energy and nutrients. Processed carbs and food, excess snacking, lack of exercise will fuck up your insulin. The egcg and quercetin are the two common ways (ionophores) to help zinc do its job. Most important for testosterone and not getting sick.
I do intermittent fasting to give my body a chance to not produce insulin.... And I watch my blood sugar to keep it low with the food I do eat. It is a long process. I have a genetic predisposition, but I'm in it for the long haul.... So I'll be eating like this for a looong time.
Stevia is a terrible thing to recommend because so many people think it's 'natural' because it's from a plant. Yeah, one related to ragweed, which a huge percentage of the population are allergic too. I hate the stuff and yet it's everywhere being recommended by just about everyone.
Oh I understand dude. But perfection is the enemy of efficacy. I started by saying use no sweetener but if you must do so and so. I don't want people using erythritol, stevia, monk fruit- but they are a better alternative than other sweeteners to the best of my knowledge. The naturalistic fallacy is a hard one to overcome in the nutrition field for sure. I wouldn't say that just because stevia is a derivative of something people are allergic to that it must intrinsically have those same properties though. Many things become inert with the simplest of bond changes.
Xylitol is very sweet and from birch; toxic to dogs!!
I usually use erythritol, but this is really good to know.... Thank you so much!!!
You're welcome! :)
Mushroom supplements help too. Didn’t know that about Lisonipril. I have some but managed to lower my BP post-chemo utilizing a healthy diet. Down from 255 to 195 at 6’3”. Healthier than ever. Off all prescriptions 2 years now. No masks, no fear.
Any suggestions for someone who is ALLERGIC to honey?
Thats fine, just eliminate the honey. All the other ingredients will boost your immune system. Honey just gives it a boost. Honey has many antimicrobials in it. Did you know you can keep honey forever? It will never go bad.
But it will kill me and thanks for the GREAT info!
well.. if the honey kills you... you won't have to worry about the china virus any more!! lol...
Great info. I asked about sweeteners above.... Before I saw this. Just ignore. :)
Agave syrup. I like the taste better than stevia.
Stevia is very bad for those allergic to ragweed, which is a common allergy.
Maple syrup
stevia?
I can do that thanks.
Terrible stuff for those allergic to ragweed.
Get some locally sourced honey and introduce your system to the real (non-manufactured/processed) thing. Start very small amounts and do it slowly. I suspect that allergy is to preservatives/additives and not real, natural, local honey.
Actually, it is a bee allergy and all of their products, last reaction was to a natural honey. Wish it was to a preservative but thanks. However, because I have to carry an epipen - I have a perfect medical reason NOT to get the vaccine.
Yes, like when you have linguine.
Lol.
Add some oil/fat to the curcumin/tumeric + concoction. It makes it more potent. https://youtu.be/Ij_aJI5O9Rs
I drink 3 grams tumeric + one gram pepper with extra virgin unprocessed coconut oil and warm water whenever I'm getting sick - works wonders!
Thanks for he heads up on Lisinopril!
This recipe sounds a lot like a product I used to buy called Fire Cider. You can find it online. Thanks for sharing.
I just never inhale. Works great!
I can't take apple cider vinegar as it gives me a sour stomach. I've tried capsules and liquid. But I don't get sick and only have one minor health problem. I exercise and eat healthy and have most of my life. No smoking or drinking though I use cbd oil for help with sleep.
Lovely stuff!!! Organic CV with some mother is the way.
Thank you very much Fren
thank you.
Yes. But have you considered the following?

When covid first hit I would come home from being out and do a shot of ginger and turmeric juice. I got the roots from the Indian supermarket and ran them through the juicer. Good stuff. Would melt any virus on contact for sure. I haven’t been sick since and I stopped drinking the juice months ago.
Excellent! I'm going to brew some of that this weekend. I'm a nurse and appreciate anything that will keep the cooties away. I have taken vitamins (more than the recommended dosage) and supplements for at least the last thirty years. I rarely get sick and it's because my immune system is in good shape. Thanks for recipe, will add it to my arsenal.
I am saving this by post. Thank you for this. I am currently on vacation so will check out the ingredients later on. My husband has been on all kinds of meds for hypertension and I need to monitor my cholesterol.
Thank you for this.
I hadn't heard the info about the Lisinopril but they are doing studies about how Metformin may help as well. I take both. May be why I haven't gotten the bug. I'm sickly healthy. ?
thank you for this post
My only problem with all this is... I can only upvote it once.
For years I had problems with colds and flu even before covid, I eventually learned that using colloidal silver nasal spray and magic no colds or flu. We continued using the silver through this covid and no problems, it has been a very simple cheap solution.
Me, too! I also put hydrogen peroxide in my ears at the first sign of sickness and it kills whatever is brewing, along with the co silver spray to the back of the throat.
I've seen people mention this trick and find it intriguing. Can you explain exactly what you do?
Sure! I put a little in the cap of the HP, lie down on my side, and put enough in my ear until it fills up (you will feel it fill up). I do 10 minutes on each side. Sometimes she’ll hear a little crackling and cackling, sometimes you won’t. Works every time for me. I have also put a tablespoon of it in my (normal sized) humidifiers as well when sick.
Thank you so much. It's very interesting. Apparently you've never had it go too far? I ask because I am prone to 'swimmers ear' even just taking a shower and I would worry if something other than water got that far, lol. Appreciate you taking the time to explain.
It does not go far into your ear. Or at least into my ear. Look it up! There are plenty of people who have done this.
Okey dokey. Thanks.
You can buy it or make yourself, I then buy $1.00 saline nasal spray bottle from Walmart and empty it and refill it with colloidal silver. During cold, flu, and covid I spray in my nostrils 1 or 2 times a day making sure it reaches the back of the throat in the sinus cavity. This is the main area where the virus incubated. Hope this helps.
It certainly does. Thank you!
Is that something you can buy over the counter? I've heard of colloidal silver but know nothing about it.
Sovereign silver is agood one, can order from iherb.com or get from health food shops
Thanks for the tip!
How much k do you take?
Thanks for the info, greatly appreciate it!
Thank you.
Elderberry + Zinc
Maskless and unafraid.
Doesnt cooking it kill the allicin in the garlic and destroy vitamin c?
This is wonderful, thank you so much!!
I don't do sugar/honey because it what's my blood sugar or. I know honey use great for allergies and other things. Do you think I could get away with a more ketogenic sweetener?
I dont drink anything and I don't get sick from my patients. I think the problem and solution likely lies elsewhere than a witche's concoction like this, lol.
Can call it a "flu shot" if you take it by a shot glass.
