Trump couldn't serve out the current term as a (military?) appointee and then be eligible for a 2024 run unless he served less than half the time of the current term.
Unless the whole rotten Constitution-of-the-first-ten-words and the Cabal federal government that it made is chucked and we go back to 1776, and I am alright with that.
how about trump being reinstated serving 2 years and droping out at the end of two years so he can run for presidency with out the distraction of running the country....of course that only works if pence is not the vice president at the time trump resigns to run for the presidency

Yes, people need to see there are grave consequences for treason like this so that it’s never attempted on this scale ever again. There will always be bad people and people that commit treason, but we’ve never seen anything on this scale in the history of our country. Then again, they’ve just been hiding it from us for decades and no one could flush them out until DJT. But you get my point, people need to know what will happen if they commit treason like this against our country. Kind of like the penalties for child abuse, child porn, etc. need to be much more severe to serve as a better deterrent for anyone who commits these types of crimes.

^^ I think THIS ^^^ is the most likely scenario. It will create a new and different 4-year presidential cycle, but that's OK, I wouldn't mind voting in July or September or whenever the new cycle is established. A by-product would be that for the rest of our lives and the lives of younger people now alive, it will be a constant reminder of the treachery and treason that went on in 2020. Maybe we'll have a new nursery rhyme to go with it: Remember, Remember, 2020 November, And the treasonous election plot...

Restitution to the American taxpayers and restitution to Trump and any other down ballot people who were harmed as a result?
