Even if I didn't have kids, this would make my blood boil. They are holding our children's health hostage to force them to wear masks, or to take an experimental vaccine, while they all know they are a super low risk demographic/age.
This is sooooooo far beyond the line. Especially when you pair it with the attempts to push vaccinations on minors without parental consent.
WHY?! It's barely effecting these younger age groups.
Anyway, if this goes into effect after the Summer, I'm going flip the script and demand the full scientific justification from our school district + any surrounding/related districts... followed by a grassroots effort to flip the school boards and force them out. All the way up to the superintendent(s) stepping down; with a looming threat of a lawsuit (legal team already queue'd up for this)

My children's schools have never implemented a mask rule. Because i stopped them dead in their tracks when this whole plandemic bullshit started.
Same thing when all the surrounding counties in my state were talking about mask mandates last spring. The number of times i have donned the mask, i can count on one hand. And only because it was strategically crtitcal to do so.

If your school district is anything like ours, they have unlimited money to fight legal battles. Schools have gotten rich on Covid money in the last year.
They do have all the money they need to dog in heels and hire attorneys, but their weakness is at the ballot box and they know it. When we make it perfectly clear they will be primaried or challenged in the next election they will do the right thing or get replaced. I still imagine most school board elections are not tampered with at the local level so at this point these are the only elections where your vote might actually count. We need to use the elections to replace any marxist or suspected matxist on our school boards.
If your school board is anything like ours, we found out the hard way that they’re a lot more liberal than the local population and far more liberal than they portrayed themselves as.
We did this during our last school board meeting. People showed up that did not have kids in school anymore because numbers matter. During the meeting they said masks would stay in effect till the end of the school year, then the next day they ALL backed down and made them optional. So many people spoke they all demanded proof that masks work and kids spread it. Lots of parents with special needs kids spoke, it broke my heart.

Go in there with a bunch of people they have to let you attend. Look up how others have done it.
We were allowed to attend to that was I our favor. But people have crashed meetings.
That’s such a tough hurdle. Try to find local media that will report this. Another huge hurdle. Show up in numbers to a front office at school. Ask to talk to the principal, and if 30 parents won’t leave until the principal listens, then so it begins. Hand out fliers at pick up/drop off times to organize a group... if your school is still in session. I’m gonna say a prayer for you, we need these victories so bad. It will snowball!

I saw on another board where a this guy shared that his daughter who had autism has lost YEARS of progress due to the lockdowns. Rub it in their faces they they are willing destroying these kids and demand a response to justify it. Don't let them off the hook.

About 10 years ago, I saw a pretty apt description of how Ds and Rs view kids: say there is a kid sitting on the steps to the Capitol who doesn't have money for food. Ds will trample him in their rush to preen in front of the microphone that something needs to be done about this travesty. Rs will stop and give the kid money for a meal and then walk in and vote out the school lunch program.

Home school is a win for the kids, and that is what matters. Public schools don't win when they lose students, because they lose funding. Fire all cannons in all fronts- replace all school boards, all city councils, then push the media out of business- whoever pushed the lies and tyranny must be removed from power.

We just moved from Fairfax County in 2018 to Texas. I’m so glad! We lived in Chantilly, VA. They were trying to give my son awards for C’s because he’s half latino. I went to the school and said hell no!
He needs to have just as high of standards as anyone else. Why the heck would he be held to a lower standard because he’s half latino? Why would he be considered “not as intelligent” due to his race/ethnicity? Freakin’ racist bastards!
They also sent a letter home that stated the sex education class was going to discuss anal sex and crap, so he was one of two kids that stayed home that day.

The fix has been in on Fairfax for a long time. I watched NoVA turn blue over the last 4 decades. It's a real shame. The entire state is red except about 6 counties. The rest are 2A sanctuaries.

In AZ it’s happened in 2 districts! The most successful attempts were huge numbers of calm determined parents that weren’t going ANYWHERE until they ALL COULD SPEAK. The board BAILED. Check out Vail, AZ school board. It’s happening everywhere. I saw a crowd of angry NY parents that gave me chills. They lined the streets. Go Patriots, go!! ORGANIZE and take it back.

It’s difficult to tell if virtual classes or in person with masks is worse. From personal experience, virtual classes were totally useless (not that normal classes are much better), but they also didn’t damage my health.
Sounds like you had shitty teachers - but, I know some AMAZING teachers who say that virtual or* masking reduces the efficacy to a point at which there is almost no point in teaching. So... it's go time. 1+ year was enough.
