The guy literally told him he already has all the deleted information and its like it went through one ear and out the other.
It sounded like he was restating it to make sure he heard what he thought he heard. Not sure where this is but looks like a state senate hearing based on his name plaque so I assume the county supervisors were somewhere else glued to the tv watching though

Just throwing this out there. What if they wanted them to find that? It says it was last modified 4/12. If deleting a file changes the modification date then whose to say it wasn't deleted to hide a different modification date?
