This was my ultimate awakening back in 2016 when the podesta/hrc emails dropped. I was kinda awake that there was a deep state and cabal of elites, but still pretty normie-tier... but when the light bulb went off in my head about the CF and the kids in Haiti (and many other 3rd world countries - the ones with poor record keeping, and kids that are easily stolen!).... my entire life changed. It was a really dark couple of weeks when I realized the truth, and realized what "evil" actually was, and that it ruled over us!
That is when all the "bread and circuses" no longer mattered to me. TV/entertainment, sports, etc, it all became so trivial. I also became more spiritual, I could see this was a battle between good and evil, I began praying, and being thankful for my life.
If the normies ever do find out... watch out! If they are like me, this will completely change their life & world view.
