Thankfully, here in Greece, houses are built from poured concrete reinforced with rebar, or from hand-cut stone and cement. (My house has a wood staircase but it was built some decades ago.)
Yep, I’m out of residential, was far too bored after 35 years. Still have my license, but now I make more money being a Superintendant for a commercial firm.
Found a 72 Nova hatchback in a barn shed in northern Mississippi a few years ago. Cleaned it out real good. Got all the nests out of it and she looked really good for a 40 year old car. Got her road ready, pulled out the driveway and took the left and punched it. Right around 45 I started getting pelted with giant pieces of rat nesting and debris from the vents. Missed a spot
I can get 4 tons of building stone delivered for the cost of one sheet of OSB.
Castles are about to make a comeback.
Yup. If I were to build a new house at this point, it would be stone, brick and concrete blocks. Very little if any wood at all...
Steel Barndominiums are nice. Lots of open space inside. https://duckduckgo.com/?q=barndominium+steel&atb=v258-1&iar=images&iax=images&ia=images

Haha kinda reminds me of my old house… I grew up living in this: Round House
Well, at least they never made you stand in the corner!!
My current house is poured-wall construction. Cat 5 proof.
It's weird to watch them put up the molds of a house and then pour in concrete.

Call the FBI! I think I see a noose!
Right near the Nazi sled
Joking aside, clean up that 911! Looks like a nice example ?
I'll come take that old VW out of the way.
kek.. Lets hope he remembers the little people
Soon it will be more profitable to buy old houses and strip them for wood, rather than fixing and flipping them. ?
OSB $30 a sheet.
45 here. 7 before the plandemic.

Any explanation as to why? More regulations?
$62 at home depot in my area. Lame AF.
That's half price here. Are you sure that's not last week's flier?
Sixty fuckin dollars!! Insanity. $12 was too high.
I was guessing just from what I heard. I must’ve low balled it!
If you squint your eyes really hard and look sideways... that extension cord looks sort of like a noose.
Quick! Call the FBI!!!! It's racist!
Lol.
I was supposed to redo my deck this year. Unfortunately I'm not a billionaire so I'll have to wait till 2023 when everything settles down...
Looks like 1/2 " too. Sweet!
jealous.
Times are tough with biden acting as president. Chipboard is hard to come by!
From my experience it is so the mice and other critters can more easily tear apart the interior for nesting.

I’m not gonna lie, he had us in the first half
Why would you store a car with the windows open? That chipboard seems mostly new though.
Maybe the window was broken?
Trash bag over the opening?
Trying to suffocate the window?
kek
What a piece of junk!

Why is this post here? Who cares about your junk?
