If it were on the chain itself it seems like he'd get all the info on the chain, wait for it to distribute (to millions of. computers doing eth validation) then release the key for it, also onto the chain.
But has anything actually been verified yet as having gone onto the chain? Or is it a bunch of transactions that no one has found meaning in yet?
