Anyone noticing animals acting strangely? I have. I’ll add examples if anyone else has noticed. Some things are subtle, others really pretty wild. Last night’s Strawberry Moon made me think we’re crossing into weird territory coupled with the animal’s behavior. Not Q related but saw Thor’s post and started wondering again?
Walked out and found a dead smaller squirrel on the side walk with its head about missing. Went to get a shovel and by the time I got back another was eating it. I thought a Hawk might have gotten it until I witnessed something I had never see before and I sit out watching nature alot.
My dog has been extremely clingy lately. She is always right by my side. But lately, acts like she needs to be in my lap. She is a German shepherd and definitely not meant to be a lap dog 🤣 she has also been pretty talkative, one a bit over protective. She usually isn't one to bark and people and scare them but she has been doing that alot. My goats have been extremely vocal over the last week as well, and they act like no matter how much grain, minerals, and alfalfa we give them its never enough. Other than that though nothing too out of the norm. The weather on the west coast has been absolutely insane though. We have been experiencing heat all summer long that we usually don't experience until August.
Yesterday I had a bright red male Cardinal land about 3 feet from me and started singing AT ME. Froze me in my tracks. I feed a number of breeds of birds here, and lately they’ve been coming-in closer and singing TO ME. Yeah I know how it sounds but it’s been NOTICEABLE. The squirrels as well, but that's another story.

In the study of shamanism, (one way) a shaman gains the spirit of an animal as a protector is after the animal attacks and person survives it…the spirit world “rewards” the shaman with that animal’s guardian spirit. For most it’s fringe stuff, but the same thing happened to me as a child. My experience was with my Sister’s wolf (a bigass real wolf) she had “inherited” and he mauled me; almost lost my leg. After that event he would stay by my side (apology?/respect?). Ever since every single dog I meet is instantly warm, loving more than what you’d expect. I love all animals, but there’s some connection spiritually there too. IMO.
I am also a big dog person. I like small dogs, but all my dogs have been big. Aside from the usual awesomeness a dog brings they also serve a practical purpose as a deterrent.

My 11 yr old Dane has always been a nervous Nellie and takes daily meds for it, they helped a lot, but recently she has been really nervous again. I’ve just chalked it up to the all the storms & rain we’ve been having almost daily. We are in the south so it’s normal to have lots of rain during the summer. There are other things that make her leave a room also, like certain noises, like if your taking the trash bag out of the garbage can she’s gone, if you drop something even if its a flipping plastic bag, she’s leaving the room. I’m wondering if we have to up her nervous meds, but she is taking so many meds already I hate to add more (allergy, nervousness, pain/inflammation for her hips - she is 11 after all and large breed dog).
Try CBD treats vs pharmaceuticals? Chills my dog & it’s harmless. They’re not “stoned”; it’s not psychoactive per se. A lot of dog owners swear by it as well.

Same thing in denver CO. All the deciduous trees in my yard are dropping leaves and the arborvitae trees are also dropping dead brown pieces. This has been happening for a few months too. Its been abnormally hot though so I suspect it may just be heat and not enough rain.
The one weird thing is 2012 or right around there was a really bad year for wildfires, drought, and heat. I never noticed the trees dropping leaves and dying like this year though. It could be i wasn't paying attention to it at the time.

The leaves on the ground is not uncommon in the Summer. Heat, fungal blight, insects, crop chemicals, excessive rain, etc... Lots of things can make trees lose their leaves in the Summer.

I’m open to all examples of Earth happenings. I have other flowering plants that are blooming way off schedule as well. Very beautiful but their schedules are WAY OFF...plus the enormity of blooms is staggering. My yard is now like a full-on flower garden and usually it’s staggered blooming times.
