Well, it would have to be the DOJ or FBI, but I know they are compromised. I sure did leave a lot of words out of that post, didn't proof-read well. So, legal precedent doesn't mean anything to them either, I see their DOJ is suing to say the Texas ruling that makes DACA illegal is unconstitutional (I'll say or something similar, I couldn't find the article to link it). But obunghole's DACA was an executive order--very unconstitutional and Trump tried to wipe it out like biden did to his and wasn't able to.
