It doesn't say anywhere that this is specifically for dementia patients or people who are otherwise not cognizant of a particular situation. That means it is for everyone.

Then once they have people in the concentration camps, they are systematically euthanized. Media says it was the new “mooooooo” or “monster” variant. Particularly bad outbreaks in these concentration camps. They are trying everything they can to stop it but these people are refusing the vaccines, even in quarantine camp. Media then says, “Oh too bad they all died.” Genocide complete and the liberals have no clue. They say, “That’s what those dirty rats fucking get.”
Not all of us have neighbors - good in some respects, bad in another. I forsee them using the camps to put people without a vax card who are picked up trying to get into a grocery store, pharmacy, gas station - you either take their vax on the spot or off to the facility for more "convincing."
Well the King County sheep will be lead to the slaughter. There is way too many people awake for them to pull this off in other parts of the state though. It would be funny to see them try to pull this off in Cle Elum, Ellensburg or Yakima.
