Common sense. You could NEVER "vaccinate" everyone at once with a deadly poisonous vax - everyone would die instantly and no one would take the vax.

Part of their strategy is to have a large percentage of the vaccinated to be able to say, "I got vaccinated and have had no problems". This FALSE confidence makes them (and others) willing to get subsequent boosters which can then carry the killer payload. If done in stages, they feel that they can hide (or explain away) deaths and adverse events.

They’re not reporting where or how the lots were distributed. In some states you can see distribution of different types (Moderna, J&j etc) to different pharmacies but no real info. I don’t know if it’s more lack of planning, centralized database, or purposely done to make tracking a mess. Praying it’s part of warp speed plan
