There is more than enough evidence that the there was fraud. The senate is out of office till next years sessions unless the votes can be found to decertify in a special session.

Waiting on the Arizona AG to file charges against those on video tape deleting data off the machines before the audit.

It was there to start a process. The issue is - the process was not started. The AG won't do shit, and the RINOs gave Biden basically a seat at the table. It's all about stalling now.
