Does that suggest that the gun was loaded with blanks? If so does that mean the passengers were government informants or handlers? Is that why the police say there was only the driver, and that he didn't have a gun? If the photo is fake, does that mean someone is trying to incite even more violence? Would the police fire at the SUV when there was a good chance of hitting people in the crowd?
