He is saying that the root cause of the protest that day was the stolen election on Nov 3rd, the real insurrection.
I would go a step further. What I was getting at in posting this was that he means it from a legal perspective, that what happened on 11/3 was an insurrection. I have suspected for awhile now that he invoked the Insurrection Act at some point between 1/6 and 1/20. He used the incident at the Capitol on 1/6 as cover to publish the order to disperse, which was removed by Twitter almost immediately, then formally invoked the IA in secret some time in the following days. This would basically mean that for the deep state and the Biden regime, it was over before it began.

The issue is people who are logic bound cannot, or will not, play the game they have made everything into. And therefore "lose" arguments when there is an audience, cause emotional argument isn't useful with one-on-one conversation. They usually bail out of those.

To be more precise, I believe that he is attempting to create a situation where the overwhelming majority of the public understands what took place and will be supportive when the military makes its move. Alot of people have dismissed the importance of popular support, but it has been occurring to me recently:
Would we have been able to fight WW2 if half of the American public was not aware that we were attacked at Pearl Harbor? What if the other half was aware, but supported the Imperial Japanese in the aftermath?
Likewise, what was the atmosphere like in America following the defeat of the Confederacy? If the same was true today, after the removal of the occupiers, or if Trump declared martial law before 1/20 and then arrested everyone, would the cycle not eventually just repeat itself?

We don't know the exact date the IA was enacted....but we know some time between 11/3 and 1/20....so according to my memory, the law of war manual has a one year significance on how the situation can be handled.....and therefore, my math says the next 60 or so days will be fun to watch.
