We are all hurting in every way right now. Everything costs so much, just putting gas in the car, if you have one, is painful. You are not alone. We are all feeling this squeeze right now. You did everything you could. You kept the lights on, you paid the rent. You worked your ass off.
This will be a christmas to remember, not because presents were abundant, but because you fought through it, and provided what you could. It's more than enough. If you are alone this Christmas, you are sadly mistaken. You have all of us here. Just speak out, we are family.
It's only a "dark winter" if we make it so.
Your light shines, beautifully.
No one is without family. All one needs to do is reach out.
I think this is a very nice sentiment, and it helps to remind people that they are not alone, And know this is gonna be a great Christmas.
Personally… I’m not really hurting. Yeah gas cost more, and so does food… But overall - i’m having a great holiday season.
The reason I’m having a happy time this year, is because despite all the bad things going on in our world, I am grounded in my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Two years ago I gave my life back to Christ, it’s been a rough road, but I put the work in and it is now paying off. I was fortunate enough to spend some time with my family in Hawaii to be discipled, and get through some long time hurts - and sent letters of forgiveness to those who had hurt me very deeply.
I have a great Bible believing non-denominational church that I go to, I try to read my Bible every day, and I listen to an audible devotional.
I’m not trying to minimalize others pain and suffering, but I wanted to tell a story of positivity. Having a relationship with Jesus Christ, really does help with the doom, and the gloom.
He has already won the war, and it is so true… No one can stop what is coming! Jesus IS Coming!
Merry Christmas to all my FRENS! 🐸
I’m not necessarily “great” but I’m definitely better than I’ve ever been; mentally, emotionally and physically. I got myself a nice job at Lowes and I enjoy it fairly well to be honest. Love my co workers. I finally have a game plan and I’m earning enough to move out in a year when I’m 20.5 years old.
Thanks for the positivity fren 🐸
Ribbit 🐸
Thanks for your wonderful story as well. I hope the Lord has great things planned for you this year, and from the sound of it, he does. God bless you
God bless you too, fren!

My family decided before Thanksgiving to only celebrate Christmas this year. We put up a large, beautiful tree and used everything we could find that pertained to Christmas to decorate it without buying anything new. It's the most beautiful tree we have ever had. We had serious talks about gifts and everyone, even the kids, decided there was nothing we really needed or wanted and are spending the gift money on stocking up on supplies and helping some who are doing without. Instead of spending way too much money on a traditional Christmas dinner with all the trimmings that usually cost a weeks supply of groceries, we are having homemade tacos (our favorite meal). And tomorrow we are delivering a queen size bed, that has never been sleep on, from my spare room to a family with 4 small children who all sleep together on an air mattress on the floor. Sheets, pillows, blankets and electric blanket included. We have been blessed with so much more than we actually need and I know this family will appreciate it more than I did. Going to invite them over for a taco Christmas dinner too.
Way to go.
Beautiful....
"I wish you a hopeful Christmas
I wish you a brave New Year
All anguish pain and sadness
Leave your heart and let your road be clear
They said there'll be snow at Christmas
They said there'll be peace on Earth
Hallelujah Noel be it Heaven or Hell
The Christmas we get we deserve"
Greg Lake / Peter John Sinfield / Serge Prokofieff
It should be a holy day about Jesus, either way. People seem to forget that.
Santa was a psyop
And who wrote every Christmas song out there? Not the religious hymns, the Christmas songs, and how many of these songs speak about Christ? Why was Christmas commercialized and who was the cause of the commercialization? Little hint....they have been expelled by numerous nations and they are being saved for last.
Even last year I heard Christ based songs on the radio around this time.
This year I have yet to hear a single one. Not that I listen all that often, though in 10+ hours of play time per week I expected to hear something.
I have mentioned it to others around me & that all have already noticed it, or are amazed that they don't hear one at least once during their commute.
Not saying they aren't played at all, I just have not experienced it & haven't had a neighbor hear one yet when discussed in passing.
Lol. Need MOAR clues...! /s
I disagree, I believe Santa was Satan turning a Saint into his own twisted image. St. Nicholas the bishop of Myra loved Christ a great deal, there was a man who had three daughters and he was going to sell each off because he had no money and no way to provide for them. Instead St. Nicholas took a sack of money and threw it through his window to which the first daughter was able to be married off, he did this for the next two girls on the third girl the man waited to see who was giving this money and when he discovered it was St. Nicholas he thanked him greatly. St. Nicholas gave to the poor out of his love for Christ and this isn't taught anymore "Santa" is a twisted distortion of this holy saint.
Psyop implies it was done by the government does it not?
What… Santa is an anagram of Satan!!!. Now I’m throughly convinced he was used to make people forget about why we even celebrate Christmas. We barely see the nativity scene anymore. None of the Christmas tunes that are more religious in nature are played on the radio. People say “Happy Holidays” instead of merry Christmas at least here in LA. I still say merry Christmas bc…which freaking holiday??? They are systematically trying to make use forget about Christmas.
Where can I learn more about this. I have never been able to find anyone who has details on why Nicholas was a Saint. It was just because "he was so kind & gave stuff away".
Sure, I can link you from our synaxarium.
Thank you. Some interesting information there about St. Nicholas & some other saints.
There's another website I like to use for our synaxarium but the search functions on those websites are kinda unfriendly unless you know their Arabic names some times.
I have learned a ton about the saints from the readings at church like things I didn't know, I didn't know St. Peter and St. Paul both died at the same time. Or that St. Mark the evangelist was dragged behind a horse till his head was ripped off.
I had no idea. Could be a fascinating dive into what many could consider esoteric knowledge. I find that to be helpful to putting together history correctly.
The Church has never been "subverted" and the cross is not an idol. It is a powerful symbol from which Christ defeated death on and the devil flees from it.
I am not sure what you mean by this at all, I am not Roman Catholic, I am Oriental Orthodox, I grew up Protestant and was an atheist even dabbled into Satanism at one point then a few years ago God led me to the Coptic Orthodox Church.
Our Church was founded by St. Mark the Evangelist, we have changed very little since he founded us we can say we follow the same faith as the Apostle whom Christ taught (changes that have happened are things like the Nicene Creed where we say what we believe to combat heresies like Arianism). Even our Liturgy is taken from the Bible, which yesterday something even cooler I learned is the Bible is also based around the Liturgy! As in these times there were no printed Bibles (there wasn't even an established canon the one we use is extremely close to the list that St. Athanasius wrote down) so people went to the Church (Liturgy) and we're able to hear the word of God.
So to laugh at this, if you mean so in a mocking way shows you actually know very little about the Christian faith. To say something like the Cross is an idol is a very demonic thing to say, many times the saints have made the sign of the cross and the demons have fled from them.
I am very proud of my faith because I finally have a real relationship with God when previously I was lost in darkness.
Isaiah 9:2
Bruh. Idk why this was so funny but it is.
This year is a tough one. We have two startup businesses that have required large investments and are not yet mature enough to take much income from...risky on my part but that's ok. Family is strong. Sons are fine young men (my 7 year old came home crying this week when he found out his best friend was a "democrat" lol...we worked through it). We are unvaxxed, happy, healthy and good with God. We may not have much extra cash but we have all the pride, love and fight we need to hold the line. Merry Christmas! Big times are ahead.
Awe. Your son's story mad me smile.
My kid (maybe 20 years ago) got after an school detention for asking her liberal nut job teacher if she was a democrat. Lol.
She never went BTW and nothing more happened... we laughed that it might show up on their permanent record, and later ruin any political chances if they ran for office. :)
Love your story!! Obviously my son overhears too much political talk...but my 16 yr old and the younger one are pretty aware of what is going on. The older one actually updates me on cabal hijinks every now and again. Proud parent here!
That's awesome. My grandson was telling a gigantic ridiculous made up story, I let him finish and said "ok, Joe Biden' the look on his face was priceless and then he busted up laughing.
He'll come up with some based responses to stuff and his mom will give me the look. Yeah, that probably came from me.
She's based - the "look" comes from the boarder line inappropriate stuff. 😂. He kills me, he totally gets sarcasm and see inconsistencies everywhere ... his sister doesn't at all. It's fun to be around them.
Our kids are gonna be ok ❤️
I've always preferred to make/ receive home crafted gifts anyway.
330 am and cold in the northeast but I'm in the garage woodworking some gifts for my family.
Brandon can't ruin my Christmas.
Us too! We started making something handmade for Christmas years ago. The littles still get purchased stuff, but the adults couples get whatever we made as a family.
This year was supposed to be little folding tables... like TV trays.... but that didn't manifest. Lol. Gotta start earlier next year. :)
We do the same for the adults in the family. Last year I made potholder sets with potholder bowls and one year I made everyone a pillowcase with their favorite team or hobby on them. One year I made candy dishes. This year was just a bunch of homemade cookies because everyones getting my pillows but I left the sugar cookies bare & made cookie kits for the grandkids to decorate. On Christmas Day we all get together for dinner & then we play a couple adult games while the kids play. Being together & remembering the reason for the season is what Christmas is about for us.
Merry Christmas patriots!
Easily one of the poorest Christmases financially, but the richest in love and understanding. Ive never been closer to God ❤️ Plus my kid is too young to know she didn’t get many presents. Win win!
Merry Christmas. God bless you fren.
Great post. We are literally in War times, think of our ancestors and people of the past who suffered during times of war. We can handle it and we can thrive in the darkness. Be the light!!
Being Orthodox we celebrate it on the 7th of January (Coptic Orthodox is on the old calendar) so I explained to my kids we wouldn't be able to afford any gifts for them (the last two months I have been trying to find a job after being unemployed, my buisness I own doesn't make enough to count as meaningful employment, and no success) when a few days ago my brother (not by blood or marriage) and his friend tell me to make an Amazon list for gifts for the kids. The then bought everything on the list. After that a day or so later my step mom fed exed me a package which was 100$ for Amazon and 200$ for Walmart which I again used almost all it for the kids with the exception of buying a much needed kitchen mixer.
I never once lost faith, I knew that God would provide for us and giving gifts wasn't what is important on Christmas but is a very nice addition. God provides in all things.
More like a dank winter.
This is the first year in a long time that I've felt truly happy. My focus has been on Jesus and having that spill over to my immediate family.
A couple of days ago a dark depressed mood came over me. I was able to look at it and think, "That's odd. Where did that come from?" The devil always stirs up mess around Christmas and Easter.
Depression, anger, resentment, jealousy. We need to look it in the eye and pray his influence away. If you're Catholic, exorcized holy water helps.
Funds are tight, I'm not happy with world events, the situation with extended family is less than ideal, my house is a mess, and I hate winter in the northeast. But none of that matters. I am living life where God put me.
I wish you all peace.
Thanks for posting. God bless you.
I hope those who are still blessed with abundance that have not taken the opportunity to help others in the past (not with giving money to varied charity scams), but finding local groups that really help those who are in a rough spot or even paying attention to neighbors, give hope & share that abundance with each other. Help them see the light of our Savior through your actions & give them the blessing of knowing that there is light close by.

Hey Frens Merry Christmas. We have each other. That's a lot.
Thanks Fren. Just having it acknowledged is comforting. 💜 I’m welcoming the tough moments because soon the tides turn.
Things are tough but we make the best of it. We turned our Christmas away from commercialism and back to Jesus and family. Explained to my 9 year old we were going to start a new tradition. We have a manger out of wood and every time we do something nice for someone during Advent we put a piece of straw in the manger so Baby Jesus has a soft crib on Christmas morning. We did more charitable giving and less gifts under the tree. The gifts we did buy, we tried to buy from small patriot owned or local family owned small businesses. May all Pedes have a Blessed and Joyful Christmas
I love that idea. Sometimes it’s the struggles that make us stronger & it’s the things we do for others that fill us with joy & appreciation for what we’ve been blessed with. Merry Christmas.
Then the Grinch thought of something he hadn't before!
"Maybe Christmas," he thought, "doesn't come from a store."
"Maybe Christmas...perhaps...means a little bit more!"
That's a very nice sentiment. Thank you.
This Christmas is definitely different- the money is ok - we're not extravagant anyways and God provided for these hard times. It's just weird and bipolar-ish lots of Joy & deep sadness... and a anxious feeling that I've never experienced before.
It's just weird. Better times are coming.
Thank God for all you ❤️
So true fren. It’s not about presents it’s about Presence. It’s about the presence of our loved ones, being together and looking after each other because we can and we want to, rather than the faux enforced “community” BS pushed by the left. Most of all it’s about His presence and the light we all carry to clear the dark.
At least you guys have a house and family to spend Christmas with. I get to spend it out in the snow. My family disowned me for not getting vaccinated. I have nothing left except my car and my dog and everything I could stuff into the trunk. Merry Christmas.
There is no stopping ya Anons! We do not fear them. Merry Christmas!
I don't celebrate the secular Christmas shit. Plus knowing Christ birthdate was Sept 11 helps.
❤️❤️
My wife and I decided stockings only last year and it made Christmas so much less stressful. We're doing it that way forever.
It was pretty hard for me to say yes last year since I grew up with a tree full of presents and three "christmases" opening presents with each set of grandparents in addition to my own family. Downplaying all of the gifting made it a lot easier to put some prayer into the festivities too!
If a man has that he is rich
Celebrate Christmas by teaching your children about the coming of Jesus Christ. Teach your kids that the day after Christmas you can buy stuff for stupid cheap because companies have to clear their books before the new year.
Don't buy into over commercialization.
Needed to hear this. Thank you and Merry Christmas!
God Bless You Patriot!
