Omicron gives night sweats but doesn't interfere with taste and smell. Omicron also doesn't go deep in the lungs.

There's still some delta out there though, so some people have a harder time than others. Still, most folks had it and didn't even know. Both can be mild - especially if you get plenty of D, quercetin, Zn, C etc..

Had something that kicked my ass for a few weeks. Took all the good stuff, protocol, and turned into pneumonia. I’ve had “covid” twice, this was different and heard lots of people who got it. Feel better, keeping you in my prayers!

I’ve had Covid three times. It’s a cold virus they mutate and you will catch every variant as they are like different viruses. People still think there’s lifetime immunity and we now know that’s wrong. I get it about every 10-11 months but I’m a Covid nurse so.

I don’t really know what I had bc I don’t test but even if I did, who could believe the tests. I do know “covid” felt different. This other sickness was happening in clusters in different parts of the country and it was coming back as negative for covid, flu, mono, strep etc. but seemed like everyone ended up with pneumonia? I have college age kids and family spread out and a lot of people on this forum noticed the same thing.

One thing to note for those us that don't get tested. Many blood donation centers offer antibody tests as part of your donation. Can give blood and find out if you have antibodies. Just make sure to give a week or two after symptoms to build up a decent set of antibodies.

Hits everyone different. It's not the "deadly disease" they say it is but it's not just a cold for everyone. It hit me as a bad flu and I was down for 2 weeks with fever, chills, sore throat, cough, loss of taste and smell, vomiting, dizziness, aches, tender skin..

That's what I don't get. The PCR is useless so people have no idea what they've got. Maybe (fasten your seat belts now) it's what experts used to call seasonal flu or the common cold.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 9 ▼
– 1776-Nurse 9 points 4 years ago +9 / -0

I refuse to test. The reason I believe it does exist (just not in the capacity they portray it) is the absolute loss of taste and smell. Now I have the flu every year but I've never experienced this. It's not some new deadly disease, it's a slight variation of the flu. Don't know why everyone is coming at me like I'm a fucking jabbed up sheeple mask nazi. Fuck.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 8 ▼
– PepesCovfefe 8 points 4 years ago +8 / -0

Loss of taste and smell was always a common symptom of bad flu/cold for 25% of people. I can attest for this - I would lose it several times a year prior to fixing my diet and thus not getting sick anymore.

It is such a common symptom that it still remains listed on ENT websites not updated since Covid.

People are coming at you because you’re simply uninformed and spreading misinformation, i.e. buying into the “muh loss of taste smell” hysteria.

It's also funny that other people on this thread have said the same thing and no one has said a word to them. The government wants us divided and that is exactly what you are doing. If the people that are awake can't even stand together and support each other and have open discussions then we're letting them fuck us

I'm with you on this one. I've never in my life heard of anyone losing their sense of smell and taste from the flu. It's extremely rare. With covid it's happening in the vast majority of cases, even extremely mild ones. But people on this board will get so absorbed by some ideas and just absolutely refuse to think or discuss it.

Influenza isn’t the same year to year, that’s the whole reason I don’t do flu shots. Best guess my ass. I know what they were doing, now.

It couldn’t be we just have different strains of influenza / corona virus’ out there, can we? Did they come out of Wuhan? Probably.

True death numbers starting to come out tell the whole story. Just wait for the VAIDS death numbers and then tell me which one was the actual bioweapon.

Same thing as I said to the other commenters.. ITS A FLU. I never said any different and never in my comment did I say we should be afraid. I said it hit me as a bad flu. That is all. But underplaying it is just as dangerous as overplaying it. It discredits us when we say it's a cold get over it. But then a sheeple gets a bad flu. Gives them the illusion that we just don't give a fuck.

My nurse buddy and I were joking about exactly that last night. I'd been distributing the off the shelf therapeutics list to people and I've told some if they can't find what's on the list, just look for cold and flu medication to help. I told her this and she spat out her drink laughing her head off. A flu is serious for sure, but not worth killing the world over.

Yes.. That is exactly what I just said.. I literally said it hit me as a bad flu. The only reason I say it was the coof (I refuse to test) is I had total loss of taste and smell. Now I know the reduction of taste and smell that accompanies flu, my immune system is shit so I always get it. This was different. Is it world endingly catastrophic as they pose it? No. But does it not exist? I believe it does exist just not how they portray it. The reason I say to be careful downplaying things is when everyone says " it's a cold! It's a cold! Get over it!" It doesn't look good for our case when a sheeple gets a rough flu from it. Underplaying things is just as dangerous as overplaying.

The only way to tell for sure if you indeed had Covid is if your hair falls out...not kidding here! I was down with Covid...it hit me very hard because I went through chemo right when Covid was unleashed on us. Then last August I almost died. Probably would have it had been left up to Kaiser. I had an high powered doctor who kept his eye on what Kaiser was doing. I was in the hospital for a week and sick in bed for a week before I called the ambulance to come get my ass. In any case...once I got home...got cleaned up and finally showered, I noticed my hair falling out like crazy...not in clumps like when I was in chemo, but it was bad.

My daughter is a hair stylist. She asked me if my hair was falling out and I said yes as a matter of fact...why? I figured it was another byproduct of the poison they put in me in 2020. But my daughter said every one of her clients who had recovered from Covid were complaining about losing their hair. She showed me pictures...it was pretty bad...anyone else go through this?

The claim is that there are 3 "markers" tested for in the new PCR and omicron has mutated so much one of them doesn't react anymore, so 2 out of 3 positive results is now called a positive Omicron case. It's all just a steaming heap of horse shit though, obviously!

My onset hit with strong chills and moderate body aches. No fever. No sore throat. No runny nose. No cough.

Those chills lasted three days and just disappeared, but then the headache hit. There's nothing I could do to make it subside. I got a sinus infection and lost smell/taste for a couple of days. Took 500mg of Azithromycin for three days, dexamethasone (oral), and drank plenty of fluids/ate well. All symptoms stopped before I ended my antibiotics and I felt totally normal again.

Never took a test so I don't know what I had, but I've never experienced anything quite like it. I've never had a sinus infection without experiencing a runny nose/sore throat. I've never lost taste smell from a sinus infection either. And I have never had serious chills and body aches without a fever.

Never received one of the cult shots but others in my circle that have came down with something similar to what I had – if that anecdote means anything to anyone.

Another anecdote: wife (no shot) and 2yo (completely vaccine free) never got sick.

My husband went to work totally fine on Wednesday. He came home with runny nose and sneezing. We figured that was normal, he was out in the west Texas desert. Thursday, he got hit with fever, chills, headache, and fatigue. I had him take an at-home test because we are highly involved at our church and we were supposed to go to service that night. He tested positive, and had to go through all the red tape for work, which he didn’t want to do, but he gets paid time off because he has the positive test. Friday, he slept all day because of the fatigue, had more fever and chills. Today is Saturday, and he has been awake and upright all day. He has played some video games, painted some miniatures, changed diapers for our kids, and been pretty active. He has a slight cough, minor fatigue, slight muscle soreness, and his temp dropped to 95 and he got really tired, but hot tea brought his temp back up and he wasn’t tired anymore. He thought he heard a rattle in his chest while breathing, but his pulse ox is 98.

Now I’m watching one of our boys who looks like he has a fever, but doesn’t. He’s thrown up twice, complains of stomachache and headache. I haven’t tested him yet, and may not.

Husband and I felt horrible over the holidays. Started 12/26, the same day for both of us. We are not vaccinated and never will be. Never tested and never will be. Both of us started the regimen of Ivermectin and a Z-pak immediately and have been taking Vit. C, Vit. D, and Zinc since this BS started 2 years ago.

Strangest illness we have ever experienced. No fever, some sinus but no chest congestion, achy joints and muscles, extreme lethargy, zero appetite, zero energy, loss of taste and smell. I had a recurrent headache for several days that enjoyed traveling to different areas. All we wanted to do was lie around and sleep. It was a huge effort to do anything. It felt like you were in a boxing match and lost.

We're 85-90% back to normal and consider ourselves immune until hell freezes over to whatever friggin' variant they dream up next.

You can’t have identifiable variants if the initial disease was never isolated from human tissue! These are regular corona virus’ /influenzas/et al doing what they have always done since the beginning on time: Make people sick. Kill some people. The numbers even back it up! 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️

The number of times I hear "it was never isolated, it doesn't exist...." There is something worse than normal going around. Whether it be a parasite, virus etc. However it's being spread, respiratory illness, dumped out of planes in inhalable nano particles, through water supplies. All I can say is I am glad you did not have the "variant" called "delta" rip through your family. It's like no virus/parasite I've ever experienced, even with trying to follow most of the FLCCC protocol.

Ain’t nothing we haven’t had and killed with horsepaste in under 48hr, since learning what the medical community and big phart pharma have hid from us for so long.

Early doses of IVM, some exercise & fresh air, a somewhat clean diet, staying honest-to-goodness hydrated, and none of this is a big deal.

I'm glad you or older family members didn't get the bioweapon cold. This thing laid out healthy people including me who took IVM etc for 2 weeks+. You're highly ignorant if you don't acknowledge something different is/was going around. Yes, the hysteria was/is highly overblown like those videos in China and the leftist/government responses. The censoring and lack of access to early treatment is a crime against humanity. Have you not listened to the likes of McCullough, Malone etc., or are all those top guys shills and black hats, then?

You do realize Ivermectin cures more than “COVID,” right? 🥴 Ivermectin is an antiparasitic treatment. Your understanding of virology is about to change.

I want to thank all the commenters. This was very helpful to me.

I'm on day 2 of "something". Immediately tripled my C, D3 and zinc. Started the horse past last night (didn't want to have gastric distress around people yesterday - turns out that isn't much of an issue for me).

I can still smell, but haven't eaten all day due to being in bed and sleeping. Chills, slight fever, shaking, cough, and a bit of joint distress.

Thinking of having a Nurse come over.

Thank you again frens!

As soon as I started feeling sick, I took ivermectin 24mg based on my weight. Two days in a row and then I’ll take another does one day 8. From what I hear weight x 0.09 = dose. I’m not a doctor. Had a cough where I hacked up flem (tasted like the normal cough flem which lasts 2-3 days) but only lasted 3 hours. 3 days later I feel better than before I was sick. Found parasites in my stool, took a pic and can prove. All I had in total was a few headaches, the feeling of getting sick/fever, never got clogged up and like I said, about 3 hours of a coughing. Already at the local watering hole. Stay frosty frens…

Ivermectin dose is 0.2 mg per kg body weight- to 0.4 or 0.5 mg per kg weight daily X 5 to 10 days.

I dose it by severity of symptoms and when you are starting course of ivermectin.

Starting early, not too bad symptoms use lower dose. Still not better at 5 days, go to 10.

Starting late in course, bad symptoms, high dose run longer course

My wife has it. I know that because my MIL is a militant covidian. She actual cried when she saw her 99.5 temp. My mother in law calls her daily to tell her she is going to die because she is not vaxxed. Not at all worried about her inability to stand up without her heart racing after her booster, or the fact that she started doing the lady time after menopause. Oddly enough... I don’t have it... lol

I am a teacher and it's definitely spread throughout the school..despite the masks. They passed out KN95 masks to all of the staff this week but I've refused to wear them. I think that this is going to be the end of the pandemic. Everyone will have had it in the next few weeks. I haven't worn a mask outside of school in over a year and still haven't gotten it yet. Hoping to just get it done with soon. Give me the sniffles and end this!

I’ve had Covid three times because I work with it. It’s a cold virus. It mutates. Once omicron mutates or another variant you’ll lose immunity in a year. You’ll get it again for the rest of your life in my opinion but that’s the biggest reason why we should get back to normal. This is it. It’s endemic. It will go around every year.

It’s because of a protein called chondroitin that lines our joints, blood vessels (hence the clots) and muscles.

Covid virus or spike protein in both the vax and the virus has a similar presentation as this protein chondroitin, our immune system mistakes our own proteins for the virus and attacks it a little, not a lot but sometimes a lot and weakens the vessel wall lining like a sore and that forms a clot so that’s the clotting thing.

It’s too bad. I was so sore and lots of people are being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis after Covid. Covid causes autoantibodies, meaning our immune system gets confused with our own body proteins and attacks our body in some places.

I take cod liver oil and fish oil as it addresses this autoimmunity specifically. Highly recommend this.

Yup! Both times I had it, the body aches were unreal. Basically how I knew I got it again. My grandmother describes when you’re so cold you can’t warm up no matter what you do as bone chilling. The cold gets into the bones. That’s how the chills are with rona. Super deep tissue, feels like bones are on fire

I was the person to tell the CDC about the VITT chondroitin issue and so they addressed it. I’m just going to be so mad when this is all common knowledge, lol, because I never get any credit.

But anyway, take the fish oil consistently, you will get this again. If I stop my cod liver oil my joint pain is unbearable. You need to take it every day and it should cut the autoantibodies down next time by up to 2/3.

Covid is a cold virus. It’s not harmful. What Covid is showing us though that some people have developed autoantibodies and when our immune system is in hyperdrive it’s our immune system that attacks and causes the weakness, high fevers.

Those with no autoantibodies merely get a cold. Those with low levels of autoantibodies get quite sick. And those with high levels of autoantibodies die.

We need to treat autoimmunity and it’s partially this diet issue with lack of omega three fats.

Sniffles and all but negative. I was hoping to be positive so I could get the health pass (in France) but no luck. Dunno what to do to catch it. Any thoughts? For information, I work with 200 kids per week, never wear a mask and don’t take any sort of precautions at all. I do wash my hands often, but then I’ve always done that, and usually, I’m sick every November of every year. These past two years: nothing. Also, I would really like to have the health pass because there are so many things that cannot be done without one.

Wow.

My kids got a sore throat, congestion and small fever. Then I got it from them.

I'm like, "this sucks, I haven't had a sore throat in years".

It never occurred to me it is probably Omicron. Not that I'll ever get tested.

I had the variant that makes your smell and taste go away last September, so antibodies from that may not prevent you from getting Omicron, if that's what I have now.

Or it could just be a cold.

Day 6 here. Hit like a truck ran me over 5 times. Bed all day 1. Temp up 104.2. Grabbed the paste. 2 hours later, temp was just above norm. Ate nothing. Took HCQ too. And all the usual vitamins: C D NAC Quercetin L-Lysine Zinc and a few others. Day 2- bed ridden. Only ate fruit cup. NO sleep for 2- 3 days now in spite of taking sleep meds. Day 3 - shits began from IVM. That afternoon I was up and around, but sluggish. Been about same since. Tired. Mouth sores, making for difficulty eating ..Slowly improving. Wife lagging hard for some reason. It’s a pretty nasty flu unlike I’ve had b4. I’m sure I have another good few days to shake this .

I’m on day 2. Haven’t been sick outside of minor colds in at least a decade. Day 1 my temp went from 97.3 - 102.3. I threw the kitchen sink at it - ivermectin, turmeric, vitamins, NAC, lactoferrin, benadryl. Started feeling more normal at noon today. Temp is trending up now after staying at 99 most of the day, but I feel much better despite that. I have asthma so am trying to keep my lungs as clear as possible through all of this.

I didn’t have any aches. The high fever just wiped me out. Oh, I did gargle with hydrogen peroxide yesterday.
