I looked through the files in here though, and all of them have the proper name (James C O M E Y) in the pdfs. There are instances of C O R N E Y as well, don't get me wrong, but they all also have the proper spelling, so it's kind of odd why they couldn't find anything in the FBI database when all these files contain the right spelling at some point in the document.
I would say they must have back-peddled and changed the incorrect spelling to COMEY since then. I will see if I can find anything on PEBOSI. (Pause...)

Right I understand that the documents do have the incorrect spellings, but they also all have the correct spellings. In a couple documents I searched, CORNEY came up once, while COMEY came up several times.

I agree with your sentiment here but perhaps you could be a bit kinder in your wording. The problem of evil is a complex one, but the understanding I've come to adopt is that God gives man free will to choose between good and evil, benevolence or self serving, seldom gratification.
God wants us to choose him, to choose good, but willingly. For if he completely took control of our actions, there would be much less meaning behind what happens/what we choose to do in this timeline. And that's why God allowed Satan to reign on this plane. He wanted to show him that once and for all, goodness would always defeat evil.
