I looked at the satellite picture of where the event was. To the right of it there’s two big patches of round fields…I don’t know anything about farming so maybe it’s something agriculture related but first thought was “crop circles”?? “Why are we HERE”
I think the advance security teams for POTUS have the surrounding area cleared and in this case to insure that bad guys are not hiding with RPG's, etc.
I 've been to 2 rallies and security is excellent. We stood on the side of a highway just to see POTUS drive by on his way to a meeting after inspecting hurricane damage and there was local, county, state and federal on site up and down the highway. We also saw some sort of security, probably USSS on 4 wheelers come out of the high grass off road by the highway, plus choppers flying a grid pattern overhead.
Of course, it could just be the end of the crop cycle and the farmer has just mowed. Sometimes things aren't as complicated as we imagine.

To calculate the time past noon, which is 1200 hours, you add 1200 to the time.
As in, "What time is it?"
"The time is 10:32."
