what I'm seeing lately is a big increase, and more extreme like merging without looking on the freeway, last minute 3 lane exiting the freeway, sitting at green lights, road rage, brake checking, tailgating, cars in the ditch, hitting parked cars, I saw two cars in my neighborhood that ran up into yards/houses so no it's not normal.

The levels that are survivable are tiny, not to mention expensive.

I'm no scientist but I'd say taking a flame to fentanyl would destroy most of it resulting in horrible efficacy.
Probably experienced issues from touching it as well. Possibly more damaging to inhale via pipe prior to flame.
But I'm also not a fentanyl user either So I've got no idea.
I do know other chemicals I consume (DMT, CBD) wouldn't be able to withstand that temperature and you'd waste the vast majority if the drug if you took a flame to it.

I slapped on a Duragesic patch once after surgery... I was in excruciating pain.
About 20 minutes later, I told my wife I felt fine and was going to drive into work.
She reminded me I had taken a week off for recovery, and it suddenly dawned on me I was on no condition to drive... LOL
It didn't just lessen the pain. It was literally just gone. Godlike pain relief.
I took the patch off after 48 hours because I was tired of feeling high... By then the pain was manageable. I experienced flu like symptoms due to mild physical dependence... After two days! I threw away the remaining 4 patches.
