Nah, violent people like this need to serve their time. Homeboy still earned his place in the slammer. No time off. He's still clearly violent and what he's doing is still illegal which means he isn't rehabilitated at all.
But I absolutely support giving this guy a nice fat stack of cash and a few privileges while he's in to buy whatever he wants. And if he wants to watch UFC on pay-per-view or to bring in a few hookers or something from time to time, or see his family or whatever, they ought to make that easy.
Every time I think or say, "what if they channeled all that energy to GOOD?" - I will now think of this guy. Yes we need to send him ciggie money or something.

This is accurate. I've had family who work corrections, jails, jail HR, and I know dozens of jailers.
County, city, and state.
Across the board, pedos lie and are encouraged to do so about what they're in for. If it is found out, you are right, solitary is about the only way to keep them alive.
IIRC I read stats they live about 1-2 weeks once it gets out, short of solitary or transfer.

I still don't have faith in the justice system. The fact that Rittenhouse even went to court shows that our courts are a joke. The DA violating Rittenhouse's rights without any punishment is also telling.
Bring back capitol punishment. Murders get killed, thieves lose hands, etc. Find out how many are willing to get into such things afterwards.

Well if the justice system served correctly this story never would have happened, but our current system is cucked. The only way to fix our system is to completely dismantle the whole thing and start over.

Whether or not he was guilty of his crimes, he is serving his time for his previous crime. Without all the details of the new offenses, it is hard to determine how I feel about his personality. He could be a terrible human being that simply uses violence. I don't know. I can't cast judgement either way, but pedophiles are detestable to me. I will not feel any sympathy for them if they were truly guilty. Even their guilt hasn't been guaranteed. The current justice system is in dire need of complete repair. I no longer have faith that all those adjudicated guilty are actually guilty and all those acquitted are actually innocent.

That's what i was saying. I don't know the cases of the convicted pedophiles. They may not have been guilty. I don't know about the guy charged with murder either. Without knowledge of the cases and evidence, i can't make any judgements with any certainty. I try to reserve judgement without personal knowledge.
