I want to say it was speculated at one time that testing positive for covid meant something like "under investigation" or trial. I cant remember the sauace but I do feel it is a possiblilty.
It would make sense for some of those who, without comorbidities, died from this overhyped flu. In this case death might indicate execution, where recovery might mean cleared or awaiting sentencing, probation, etc...
