I always have someone define what conspiracy theory means, then after they stammer through a half-assed canned MSM answer, I list all the proven things that have happened that were previously labeled CT's, and see if they can explain that. One word of warning have a fire extinguisher readily available, as you will get a full on melt down from the cerebral short circuiting, though with some people, there are so few brain cells, the damage isn't much, and produces the tiniest puff of smoke, if that.

Last Monday night a semi filled with 50 kids ("who looked starved and beaten") broke down on I-35 N in Oklahoma. Someone approached the truck to offer assistance and heard banging and calls for help. The police came.
The kids had been in there for 20 hours. There was feces and urine messes in there. Only 7 of the 50 kids were saved, because SUVs showed up to help the traffickers escape before the police arrived.
I drove through Wichita, KS on Tues morning. The whole interstate highway was shut down. We had to re-route though the city. I asked some officials what was happening. They said there was a fatality. I don't know that it was related, but I have never seen an interstate shut down completely for a wreck fatality. Maybe they do, I don't know. I was wishing they caught one of the drivers of the SUVs.
No one can deny now that this is the currency that these people trade in. When you see someone like Alefantis, who lets you know by what he says, and what the people around him say and do, well, they are letting you know that at the very least, they are comfortable with the thought.
