They can't let HRC be tied to the "Great Conspiracy". It's too late. Polls, even the fake ones, show it's sticking. Even democrats now believe HRC took part in a criminal conspiracy. That's the major hurdle. You have to get people to accept the truth before you can reveal it. Durham has mostly succeeded.
I think a lot of normies and even Dem voters will reach the conclusion that Hillary is crooked and spied on Trump. The trick is going to be to convince them it still matters. The only way to do this is to tie it into the FBI, C_A, State, DoJ, DNI, SSCI, HSCI, Speaker and the Executive Office of the President and show they had the help of foreign countries (England, Australia and Italy primarily).
Im hoping that once Durham gets that conspiracy ball rolling it will be easier to add co-conspirators to the list.
