Indeed.com is breaking the law in violation of Texas Governor's Executive Order GA-40.
On May 12th Indeed.com announced that all employees must upload proof of being "fully vaccinated" or submit a request for medical/religious exemption by June 1st, 2022.
They also said that all employees that don't get vaccinated by December 2022 will be fired, even if they were approved for an exemption in June!!!
Indeed.com is headquartered in Austin, Texas, and Texas Governor Abbott signed Executive Order GA-40 prohibiting Texas employers from doing this, but the penalty is only $1,000 per violation.
I called the Texas Governor's Office, the Texas Attorney General's Office, and the Texas Workforce Commission, and all of them said they can't do anything about it until I get fired, and then after that I can submit a complaint to the Texas Workforce Commission.
I don't want to lose my job, and I don't want to take the clot shot.
So -- can you help me raise this issue to get the attention of Attorney General Ken Paxton or Governor Greg Abbott?
Also, can you recommend any attorneys in Texas who specialize in employment law that can help me fight and win this?
Thank you Frens!
why the fuck is anyone still trying to force this when they cant even pretend it works.
It's a ""World Wide"" Job Company.....
It's probably connected to the WEF.....
Even the super captain leftie who was trying to give me shit the other year when I was saying that the rona was bullshit and I didnt want to take the clot shot has now said its bullshit and the vax didnt work and "no fucking way will I take a fucking booster". He took the shot as soon as it was offered. He is now refusing to let his kids take the kill shots. I am happy for him that he is seeing the error of his ways.
It is leftist, the ads for it are SUPER WOKE. (At least the ads for it in Canada are...)
File both a medical and a religious exemption. Fill out a short form for a lawyer who handles jab mandate complaints like Thomas Renz online:
Renz-law.com
I think you have a slam dunk no worry about getting fired esp. in Texas.
I don’t understand how lawyers aren’t jumping all over that this is “not work related”
There is loads of EEOC\OSHA precedent already set for this.
One more thing fill out exemptions DONT TAKE THE VAX. What i see consistently is that they say they are mandating and you will be fired but if you stand your ground by the time its going into effect. They reverse the decision. Its a scare tactic yo get people vaccinated but they don't follow through so they can't get sued
Exemptions are agreeing that the company can decide your God-given rights. Good quick fix, but not the way to go. It is not honorable. A free man does not ask for his rights, he asserts them!
Here's the last post on my successful battle with Siemens. It contains links to the other seven episodes.
If you chose to go this route, reach out to me.
Da fuq? Why were all the handshake OP's comments deleted? What's up with this thread?
Maybe he really is a foe.
Tell them your resume will be uploaded to their website tomorrow while you search for a new job.
Sounds like everyone needs to stop using Indeed.com for employment searches. Use one of the many others that are not requiring the death jab.
I like this. We should pass the word.
Get fired and sue the shit out of them. You cannot get the shot, fren. Don't even consider it.
Seriously, you probably need a Lawyer that is currently ON the Donald or here at GAW....
But if there isn't one who will take up the case, just find one that's really hungry and currently starving....
Ask them odd questions about the Economy, lead them into traps, try to get them to say Bidan is a nice guy....
The one that refuses, wins....
Then begin the Lawsuit, wait for the shoe to drop, and then sue the hell out of them under USC Title 42, Section 1983, and any Amendments that the lawyer feels like throwing in to add heft....
Start compiling as much info on the Vaxxx as possible, mainly the Side Effects, and be sure to have the WORST ones as a lead in, so it sounds like they're telling you to Commit Suicide or get Fired, so it looks way worse to anyone listening....
Use U.S. Constitution, Texas State Constitution, and any Texas Laws, along with a possible ""Color of Law STRONGARM"" Tactic, IF your Lawyer is worthy, he WILL find a ton of stuff to throw at them.....
After you Win, you Publicly QUIT, and make sure the Press is there to witness it....
Your Suit should not be for less than 15 Mil, but go as high as you wish....
Praying for you! Don't make a bad decision based off of fear. Start new job hunting now. Definitely follow up on reporting them. See if you can make contact with other employees for a class action. If they are pulling this, you dont want to work for them anyway.
I wouldn’t get the shot. Do you know how many companies are hiring right now? Practically every company in existence is short staffed right now. File for an exemption- if it gets turned down, I guarantee you find a different job immediately and likely with better pay
Submit a religious exemption, state that it is your sincerely held belief that the vaccine is a form of evil due to is association with abortions. You would be putting your job above God if you get the shot. Let them know you need your job, and can financially afford to lose it, but you cannot go against God who is above all. If you were forced to lose your job you will press charges.
I filled out a religious exemption and said nothing about abortions, per the advice of a law group. I quoted the first amendment as my warning shot and something to the effect of I prayed and asked God if I should get the vaccine and He said, “No”.
Who are they to argue with my God?
I cited a vast array of cannon law.
They are all related to abortions. Either directly or indirectly.
I mean HEK cells were used in the vaccine, in the trial, or in the initial research. HEK cells are durrived from abortions, most likely born alive and harvested then left to die.
I went to specifics and so did my wife, so did my friends. We all were approved.
Also ... it's a job-recruitment company and site, right? They should have some better ones listed! I know, it's a pain, but getting a better job is a good investment. Filter the jobs on offer while you stick it out.
Start looking for a new job and quit, don't be fired.
No job is worth taking the jab for, and it will be their loss. You'll probably end up finding a better company and position any way.
demand a religious exemption and then sue them if they deny you.
They don't give a fuck. Almost none of the cocksucker Republicans in the Texas legislature do. There were bills ready to move forward in the last session to fully outlaw companies from forcing the shot on employees... The sponsors could not get more than a few other R's to sign on. All these fucks are owned by the corporate interests. Same as the Dems. We really need to clean house COMPLETELY.
Indeed.com is not only breaking Texas law, they are opening themselves up to serious civil and possibly criminal charges. I suggest you go on the offensive and show them multiple proofs that they are trying to force you to do something that might severely injure or kill you.
HUNDREDS of studies and articles on this topic would serve in that regard. Here are three, along with a short quotation from each:

Either get fired and sue or start interviewing. This is a great time to switch to a new job.
File for an exemptions. Get the court filings for the Navy Seals, CDC, PfDA, and Fizer docs, showing faulty testing, insurance over all mortality rate increases. This could help fellow employees when they sue in a few months also.
Look for another job now and call their bluff then get a lawyer and file a complaint with the Texas attorney general.
Here is some advise: quit your woke employee
I’m really sorry to hear about your situation. I’m shocked they are trying to do this now after seeing how poorly it went with so many other companies.
Of course this is easy for me to say, but you really should be looking for a different job. Your best case scenario is if enough employees fight back and they reverse their decision while you stay under the radar.
However, if it turns into a legal battle you will end up being the loser regardless of the outcome. Even if a court rules in you favor and they let you keep your job, what do you think your future with the company will be like? It’s going to be extremely difficult, if not impossible, for you to get promotions and raises. And they obviously don’t really care about you as a person if they are willing to force a vax mandate on you.
I’m praying for you —- but like the one person said about finding another job — that’s the best advice ever!! Why do you want to work for a company that is breaking the law ?? Maybe God is telling you — time for a new path a new job !!! My God protect you and keep you safe !!💗
Indeed is a bit late to the woke party aren’t they? That’s nuts. Prudential is DROPPING all vax mandates effective June 6th. I would pull an article from a “normal” news source and forward to HR. They clearly aren’t getting the memos!
Why do you want to work there? You have a deadline, start interviewing. Use up your sock days and vacation time. Get a remote job that can’t pull this crap on you again.
