First, his article: https://theconservativetreehouse.com/blog/2022/05/17/special-prosecutor-frames-the-background-of-the-sussmann-case-the-fbi-was-manipulated-duped-by-clinton-campaign/
TLDR; The FBI, the CIA, Obama's cabinet, the who's who of the deep state are being setup to be protected by the Sussman trial. They were "duped" by Hillary's henchmen. Those poor poor souls. ๐
Fact Based Argument
Sundance is one of those people that you never really want to take on directly. He is a heavy weight when it comes to understanding politics and the deep state. It is not wise to casually disagree with him. He is well researched and puts a lot of thought behind his opinions.
So I am not going to do that. Because on the face of it, he is right. The trial is precisely being framed as Sussman and other's duped the poor FBI.
"But BC, you said he was wrong!"
Well, his overall assessment of the situation is wrong, not his laser focus on this particular trial.
In this particular trial, no FBI, clowns etc are going to be found guilty. We already know that. We know that, because THEY ARE NOT ON TRIAL... here.
Who is on trial? Sussman. And what is he accused of doing? Lying to the FBI to use them as a political weapon. So strategically, what good would it do to go scorched earth on the FBI right now? None. In fact, it would be a strategic error. They are more likely to COOPERATE to make Sussman the fall guy for crimes they were willingly participating in.
The only way Sundance's fears play out, is if Durham is a one trick pony and this is the only trial. No one can undo the corruption and centralized power of the deep state in a single action. Or even a dozen actions, or 100. There are currently 290,000+ sealed indictments as of this moment. That's more likely the scope of righting this ship.
So that is the logical argument. Here is some hopium that u/Qlueless shared with me.
Hopium
Both the sealed indictment tracker site and this qpost, have a 310x163 picture of the US flag. Now, that is admittedly some interesting but weak hopium. It gets a little stranger.
As a long time amateur photographer, I recognized right away that the image was upscaled from a slightly lower resolution source. If you blow the images up, you'll see some tips of the stars are 2 pixels wide (as one example). This means it was upsampled using nearest neighbor (simple upscaling algorithm) from a source close to and slightly smaller in size. In addition, the "bad boys" flag and the Q flag are not copies of one another.
For all intents and purposes they are a match, but under the covers they are not. The Bad Boys image was saved as a PNG with a 55 color pallet (white and various shades of red and blue). The Q post image is exactly the same, but with 57 colors in its pallet (again, white with various shades of red and blue).
So why is THAT significant? I believe that Q was trying to make a subtle connection to the indictments for us as part of NCSWIC. However, using an exact copy of a relatively plain US Flag graphic is a little too subtle. Knowing that both images are not originals and appear to come from the same source, helps tie it together a little better, while maintaining plausible deniability. Because only the same source, upsampled with the same method, to the same final resolution, would produce that particular image. And by altering the color palette slightly, proves the image wasn't simply copied. Each image was intentional.
So to reiterate, the indictment tracker website and that Q post both grabbed used the exact same source image, both upsampled it in the exact same way, and both upsampled it to the exact same resolution. Thats a lot of coincidences for one image.
And what does that particular Q post say?
NCSWIC
And the flag size... just an odd size really, 310x163.

That flag analysis is incredible. Gonna need a few to digest the full significance.
I have Sundance in the same bucket as Denninger. Fucking brilliant independent thinkers who have no hope of getting the high level analysis correct because they're willfully ignorant about Q.
But yeah I'll still read them and chuckle and sigh about how close they get.
Can I add to that? I think that Sundance is so on the inside that he misses the forest for the trees. He dooms because all he sees is the details. He'd be cheerier if he backed up and took a 40,000 foot view at the victories we've had along the way.
Yes. I agree. I stopped reading Sundance when he had that post grieving about DC being a dead town. He sounded heartbroken over it and I was forever turned off by his blog after that.
It was a couple years ago. He went to DC during the pandemic and stayed at a hotel. He was demanding answers from some of his connections there and couldn't get anyway. I remember his post was so grim about the state of DC. He kept writing "This town is dead".
You would think declaring DC is dead would be a joyous thing! The pandemic killed DC! pops champagne.
But Sundance sounded like devastated and wrote like DC being a dead town was a disaster. I couldn't believe it. It left me the impression that he loves the political games and theater to the point that he doesn't want the House of Cards brought down.
I had basically the same experience u/SemperSupra.
Sundance apparently had compiled a complete tome of every detail that explained all of SpyGate. He truly had the goods because he covered it for many years. Incredible insights.
It sounded like he had someone in DC to present it to, but once he got there he realized his epic work would be heard by no one and nothing would be done with it. You could feel his depression after coming to that realization.
I imagine that he allowed himself to get his hopes so high, that when they crashed, he said to himself, "Never again." He would never allow his hopes to get so high.
Super smart people like Sundance love being right and when they are wrong, it can be devastating to them. Sundance was/is right about all of Spygate, but he was wrong that someone in DC would actually listen to him and use his research to go after the problem.
Sundance definitely shifted hard to negative after that experience. One of my mantras in life is to only surround myself by positive people, so that took Sundance out of my daily read. I still check in on occasion, but the joy I felt following his previous posts was gone for good.
He'd rather be right about dooming, then get his hopes up about a massive plan taking DC out.
When Sundance called out Q as conspiracy, I realized two things. One, he isn't open-minded, which severely restricts a person's ability to learn new things. Two, he has never applied his intellect to studying Q, which means he doesn't know what he is talking about when it comes to Q. So anything he says about it has no value as he hasn't studied the material.
What I do know is that, one way or another, the Patriots of our country will save our country. We are an overwhelming force and if we look to our nation's founders as an example of overcoming incredible odds to establish the greatest country on earth, we know we can do it too. When I think of my grandparents and the sacrifices they made to win World War II, I am also encouraged and inspired.
Every generation is given a chance to leave their mark on history. Our generation will win WWIII. We are already in the middle of this information war, and we are winning. We will win the information war because we will never quit. I gave up on the idea of quitting years ago.
I will never succumb to the negativity or despair that Sundance did for several reasons.
One, I already know I am going to die. That's a certainty. When? I don't know, but it's guaranteed. So knowing that I will die, I will instead choose how I wish to live. I choose to live my life fighting for the survival of the greatest nation the world has ever seen. Like our Founding Father's, and like my grandparents, I WILL FIGHT.
Two, God has proven his love and wisdom for me, and those I love, over and over again. While I know I will die here on earth, I also know I will live forever in His Glorious Kingdom thanks to Jesus' sacrifice for me. That peace and understanding removes all despair from me. I have nothing to lose and everything to gain with my faith. I choose to use this same faith for our nation. Our nation has always been a blessing, but we have squandered that. It's long past time to restore our faith based Founding into today's culture. Despair leads to faith. Our nation is in despair and it will lead our nation to faith.
Three, I feel the overwhelming force that is MAGA. I am not alone in my previous statements. I know many Patriotic Americans, and people around the world, will do whatever it takes to win this war. We are all Fighters. We're still standing. We have faith. When we get knocked down, we always get back up again. Our base is growing and we're picking up speed. We have truth on our side. We have God on our side. Nothing, and I mean NOTHING, can stop what is coming.
Together we ride. Together we fight. And Together, WE WILL WIN.
u/#wwg1wga
I very much remember that exact thread and how full of despair it was. I will always be grateful for the knowledge Sundance gave through his blog but Iโm not about the dooming.
I wanted to respond to this separately, as I thought of an analogy that may help some people understand a little more.
Say you are in a crowded bar. You find out (don't ask me how, just roll with it ๐) that 2 people have exactly $10.27 in cash on them.
That's weird. Maybe if they both had $10 or $20 on them, that would make sense. But to both be at the bar at the same time with exactly $10.27? What a coincidence, but.... it could happen right?
Then you find out they both have a $5 bill, 4 $1 bills, 4 quarters, 2 dimes, and 7 pennies. And they are both named Chad. ๐คฏ
Perfect analogy.
Your description of Sundance... ๐๐ป
Again, special thanks to u/Qlueless for finding the flag connection!
Holy ๐ฉ! I need help with this since I'm at work. Follow along:
1.) Using a PC, Right click on the flag image on Bad-boys.
2.) The window that pops up will have "Inspect" with a " (Q) " ๐ keyboard shortcut.
3.) Click on "Inspect" and up pops the HTML webpage code with the / comment: "THEIR_DESCENDANTS_WILL_REMEMBER_FOR_TEN_THOUSAND_YEARS.PNG"
EDIT 1: I Copy Pasta the "descendants" text into google and got a weird image results. Not sure if there is any connection yet. RESEARCH WANTED
EDIT 2: Google result links to Amazon book We Mark Your Memory: writings from the descendants of indenture (Institute of Commonwealth Studies)
EDIT 3: Synopsis of book has several years which could be pointing to Q drops. Other than planes and a request to dig / research some images, I don't see the connection yet. Synopsis contains: The abolition of slavery was the catalyst for the arrival of the first Indian indentured labourers into the sugar colonies of Mauritius (1834), Guyana (1838) and Trinidad (1845), followed some years later by the inception of the system in South Africa (1860) and Fiji (1879). By the time indenture was abolished in the British Empire (1917โ20)
EDIT 4: DuckDuckgo has much different results.
EDIT 5: While manipulating the search text, an automatic suggestion popped up [Google result ] (their descendants will remember for_ten_thousand_years the sea) which added under the sea.
I looked into the image name with Qlueless for a while. I couldn't find anything direct either. My conclusion was, its a direct message.
One thing I did note, but could not tie back to the sealed indictments or the Q post, was the phrase "10,000 years" is apparently common in asian regions.: โIn various East Asian languages, the phrase "ten thousand years" is used to wish long life, and is typically translated as "Long live" in English.โ
Thank you very much for doing that. Should this be a separate post to get more research eyes on?
I'm wondering how many other pages / links, may have hidden comments like that. Putting Q aside, what reason would the bad-boys site developers have put that comment in there?
Maybe that's the reason the site doesn't work on mobile? They wanted us to find that Easter Egg. I haven't done web development in 20 years, so I'm too far behind the latest HTML / Java techniques to know what the current limits are.
You all are so much smarter than me, but my first thought about the 10,000 years was the last verse of "Amazing Grace"
The tippy top autists.
Thanks for sharing. This is a very subtle difference.
Pinging u/lonewulf and u/SemperSupra as our resident comms experts, to see if they see anything additional with the flags.
Excellent catch on the flag. I wonder if that is true of a lot of the graphics. If we should look at the measurements of the graphics to get hints as well.
I never have regarded Sussman as the target. He is a stepping stone. I notice Doomers trying to be like "but his max sentence won't be that high" which confused me. He was never the target anymore than Clinesmith (Durham's first indictment). Clinesmith sentence was very light and most of it was put as time served. He had his law license suspect till 2023 and he'll never have a security clearance again so he did pay a high price in other ways.
Sussman is simply further sucking the flies into Durham's web. He's more of a bait. Even if Sussman got 30 years would we be like "Oh yeah! Got 'em!". No, because it's not Sussman we want. It is what Sussman leads to.
Marc Elias is now ensnared. Marc is their moronic superlawyer who keeps losing embarrassing lawsuits. He connects to the Steele Dossier. Sussman also connected to Rodney Joffe who connects to many others.
People need to realize the connections and how RICO cases work.
https://greatawakening.win/p/141ra2y86V/overview-of-russiagate-scandal/c/
Baker talked and that is how they got Sussman on a lie. Baker talking means that no FBI are going to be found guilty in this trial. I'm surprised Sundance would ever think that. Of course not. That's why they talked and gave up Sussman.
One problem is that most people just read about RICO cases AFTER they've been finished. Never mind the 10-13 years it took to take down the mafia heads. We get a quick summary on wiki. We weren't watching and waiting for the 10 year take down. Imagine the agony of the families who had to wait that long for justice against some of these mob bosses.
Durham was involved in taking down the Gambino and several crime families.
Building a case of racketeering and conspiracy is a long process. It doesn't happen fast. It takes incredible patience and dedication.
Durham is framing things that way because the target is the Clinton Campaign, not the FBI. Of course he'd do it that way. The trial is about Sussman. You can't make it about other people. You are trying to prove that Sussman deliberately and knowingly lied. Durham is also working to prove that Sussman was working in broader conspiracy for the Clinton Campaign to spread malicious data in the hopes of Trump's campaign and administration being investigated by federal authorities.
It would be stupid and destroy the entire case if Durham tried to say that the FBI (the ones WHO gave the testimony that Sussman lied to them) were also part of the conspiracy. Durham would destroy his own case if he put the FBI on trial.
Obviously Durham can't do that. It is Baker's testimony that got Sussman indicted. You have to push that the FBI were the ones duped because you are using THEIR testimony against Sussman.
Very nice summary.
The only reason I looked at and considered the graphic size as possible comms, was because I felt they drew attention to it, coupled with it showing up on another relevant site. Not sure if it will play out with other examples, but it is worth paying attention to.
I wish we had better Q post search sites. Ones that allowed to specify attachments or even full SQL (or equivalent) query support. I'd love to do some more complex searching.
Exactly right. Sussman is only the first of many in Durham's crosshairs. I thought this was known to everyone...
Each trial will publicly reveal greater crimes as Durham works his way up the chain. When crimes against children are exposed both R and D voters will be calling for investigations into HRC, Obama, Soros, and the rest.
Utlimately, I'm not concerned about how Sussman trial will play out, because as yourself and others have already mentioned, this is just to get the ball rolling for what Durham has in store.
However, I think what people are concerned about is: will this first trial show patriots that "justice is coming"? It sucks to think about how Sussman, Elias, Perkins Coie, etc. are just going to get slaps on the wrist (potentially, we're not at the end yet...) when we KNOW they are part of the Cabal system. It would be nice to see all of the henchmen get their "just rewards" and we get some very nice wins along the way.
Personally, I think it will look like we are losing, right up until the moment we start winning and winning big.
The first indictment and trial was Clinesmith. He really did only get a slap on the wrist. Imagine what Q supporters a couple years ago thought from that first Durham indictment. It's going to be this way a lot when you are building a conspiracy case. Trump did say that Sussman is part of Durham's foundation.
Thanks for the clarification, as I didn't join Q until J6, so I know it's been much more painful for Q folks who have been waiting for justice since 2017 lol. All of your points (and graphics) are excellent Semper. We just have to remember this is a marathon, not a sprint.....a painfully slow marathon, at that, lmao.
Lots on the communist side will not be calling for investigations into Clinton, hussein, Soros, and whoever else because they're groomers. They're evil, but they're not Clinton and Soros evil. The groomers just want to fuck the kids, not sacrifice and eat them.
You always provide amazing analysis, so since this post is a day old, I'd hate for it to be overlooked. If you have a moment I'd appreciate it if you could peek at my comment above regarding the HTML label attached to the flag. I'm at work and can't dig very well.

Looks like I'm late to the party. I was out for awhile this morning...
As to your comment:
"No one can undo the corruption and centralized power of the deep state in a single action. Or even a dozen actions, or 100. There are currently 290,000+ sealed indictments as of this moment. That's more likely the scope of righting this ship."
This makes complete sense. If you want to eat an elephant, you don't swallow him whole. Instead, you consume him bite by bite.
Death by a thousand cuts.
Just to throw this out here, is there any chance there is steganography in the flag image? I'm assuming the answer is probably not, but...?
I know it was being looked at in real time on the chans/q8kun. Not sure anyone has taken another look at it.
So who is the witness they attempted to silence six times?
Huma Abedin?
there is a simple phrase that handles the argument that durham's comments will be used against him: "since the time of that statement, more evidence has come to our attention."
which also makes it a wonderful way to introduce such evidence at a later point, when they try to use that particular line of defense.
The day after the 2018 midterms, Sundance blamed Q supporters. I was so pissed I went there specifically to comment on that article and tell him he was wrong and that he didn't own the movement, we were/are all part of it. Funny enough, I used to go there all of the time, that was my go-to place before Q started posting. I actually found Q, in Nov 2017, about 2-3 weeks after they started posting, someone put the link in the comments at The Conservative Treehouse.๐
Who is Sundance. I thought that was a film festival
WOW - great analysis Followed Sundance's site for years until a few of us were told told off for mentioning Q. Hello, on the one hand, SD was all "free speech" but on the other, shut up. So I left.
Just going to comment on the Sundance part of it.
I used to read everything that wrote immediately, as soon as it came. Through all of the Russia-gate B.S. he was researching and believed he had legit information that could help the DOJ so he tried to setup and meetings in DC and you could tell he was really excited.
After those meetings in DC, Sundance became EXTREMELY jaded and the biggest DOOMER I have ever read from that point forward. He wrote about some of it, but never really disclosed everything that went down. Whatever it was, it seemed to change the guy.
I believe his assessment has become so jaded on the subject, that he would rather destroy his own reputation than give any optimistic outlook any swamp draining through the DOJ. He'd rather doom and be wrong, than shine any positive light on the subject.
Sundance developed a very elaborate theory of how he thought it would all go down. His research was great, but it was all made to fit into his theory. When it didn't go down that way he lost all faith. In my opinion he is not a lateral thinker. Many patriots are not lateral thinkers. They tend to be honest and want to resolve things in the most direct away possible.
My cousin is the same way. His approach is basically kick down the door, kill the bad guy, save the day and be called a hero. He can't understand why something like Q and all these games are even needed. Just round up the bad guys. Boom. Done.
He doesn't get that it won't work because the people we fight are sociopaths and psychopaths. They don't fight fair and they have traps rigged for simple people.
If you try that approach with them this is how it actually goes down: kick down the door, kill the person you thought was the bad guy but was in fact a fall person, get arrested for killing a minority, all your friends and family are forced to denounce you or face ruin by the MSM, child porn and nazi books are planted on your computer by the government, all your old social media is brought up to show how evil you are, MSM plasters doctored photos of you stealing candy from a baby, dozens of blue-haired womxn come forward to scream how you sexually assaulted them, you lose your job, and even before the trial you are labeled public enemy number 1. Your loved ones are now losing sleep and developing health problems for the stress and harassment. And you struggle to find a platform to get your side of the story heard.
It is because the enemy fights dirty that Q and Trump use 5D chess.
Sundance, for all his research, still doesn't understand just how dirty the other sides and just how evil they just truly are. He thinks you can fight them by just showing the public the truth. No, it'll take more than that to wake people up. If you just tell them the truth they won't believe you. They must be shown.
Thank you so much for your reasonable and logical explanations. You have succinctly nailed what has bothered me about Sundance for a few years and why I ultimately elected to stay away from his analysis. His wasn't just dooming...it was a deeper "injury" than that. And you have theorized a good explanations for that here.
Whole thing just went right over my head
(Not OP's fault, I just have a low tech I.Q.)
Yet I am experiencing hopium-induced relaxation
Funny how that works :)
There are currently 9,216 remaining sealed criminal cases.
https://bad-boys.us/
Click on "Sealed Remaining" and scroll to the bottom.
Perhaps I am not understanding. I see 290,197 "Sealed Remain[ing]".
Yes, that appears to be the remaining sealed cases count. But if we're talking about cases related to the Durham investigation those would be criminal cases, correct? That's why I mentioned the number of remaining sealed "criminal" cases.
I'm taking a "let's see what happens" view of the Durham Sussman trial.
Looking at Durham's past as a DS cover-upper (appointed by Eric Holder to quash CIA torture crimes, for starters) makes me pessimistic. Important to note his scope was purposely limited by Holder in that case to protect Bush, et al.
The key difference here is his 'unlimited scope' and the extent and length of the filed indictments, which point directly to a larger RICO case.
We have receipts
One of the interesting things here is that it does give us an opportunity to objectively determine if Sundance is CORRECT or NOT.
When the smoke clears we will know if he or we are more savvy about the matter.
Really good stuffโฆ
