That's more likely than this story! There is no way he was booked with a .08 BAC. He was either 10x and likely to kill or this story is comms.

From the article I read (linked on TruthSocial) one of the last lines was “We can’t confirm if there were any passengers in his vehicle”. Ha!! Yeah I’ll BET!!! Edit; Same article said he’s 82 years young. Sure, too many that age still driving but while drunk? Why not get a chauffeur you idiot…oh yeah cuz of the other passengers/witnesses.

I don't care if you're drunk, high on crack, just smoked a bowl of radioactive weed and injected the best heroine money can buy. What you do in the privacy of your own home, to your own body, should be your and your family's business. Shouldn't be illegal either (ingestion of whatever the hell you want). I went through a period of time where all I wanted to do was escape (goes with the job) and I was total drunken lush not worth a damn to anyone. Even then I knew better than to drive. When I kill someone it's because they've been weighed, numbered and found wanting. Not because I drunkenly drove a Ford F-350 tank over them and their toddler.
Just. Don't. It's not worth it. To anyone.

That arresting cop will be suicided in the next month guaranteed. Napa itself has such a small town vibe to it, you really have to go out of your way to draw the attention of the local PD. He must have been driving on the wrong side of the road to get arrested, especially after the officer gets his I.D. hell, I’m not taking that rap. I’d be: “let’s get you an Uber and we’ll pick up your car tomorrow.”
