I think so. Some of her last ceremonies she was missing icons of office. I believe she did not ware her crown only stood next to it as it sat on the throne. Very weird.

I think there is merit to this argument, but I also think that on balance, the queen is ded and they put some sort of double on the balcony for a few minutes.

I believe a news reporter slipped up and said she was dead around 6 months to a year ago (its been awhile since I have seen the video). You can probably find footage of it I am in the car though.

They would do anything to make sure this celebration happened. I could believe we were looking at a double on the balcony scenes, too.
Notice they didn't try that at crowded, huge St. Paul's Cathedral. The queen did not attend the Service of Thanksgiving at all.
This would be weird. Imagine traveling to an event only to watch an image inside a vehicle drive by. I would be like wtf is going on. The hologram of the pope was more realistic right up till the moment he vanished from the balcony. So much image manipulation.

I really doubt that was an actual hologram. Those are very complicated and difficult to pull off.
