Ok so I hyperfixated. The top of the vial is "Neecor" and I work in medical and have been around medical my whole life and a very close personal family member is in materiels management, I've NEVER seen this ordered.

If this was real and has value, the vial would be secured somehow in the box. They would not risk breaking it or found by leaking.
I'd get it analyzed for content, just to see if it had a high level of adrenaline in it.
