A dear friend of mine in college was a polio victim from Ghana (contaminated vax). He was on crutches, had a metal back brace and calipers, was in constant pain. He never complained, always had a cheery word and a smile for every one, always willing to help those struggling on his course. It was humbling. Died before he reached 30, I miss him. He had a great and noble spirit. Overcomers are rare.
Actually, as far as I have witnessed anyway, there are a lot of overcomers out here. We just don't always see it as most problems are not publicized and shouldn't be. We are here to help people get over their deep state programing.
I wish I could complain less about my pain, but I am a baby when it comes to pain, so those people really get my respect.
There's wonderful and amazing stories like this from time to time. George H. Sutton was another one who simply amazed many, many people. Having two amputated arms after a tragic accident as a boy, he later went on to become the world's best billiard player and held that title for some time. He could write letters and do things that people thought was impossible for having that type of disability. Despite this handicap, he studied medicine, and graduated from Wisconsin State College (now the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee). Sutton not only survived, but exceeded and prevailed. A Michigan boat motor company hired Sutton as their sponsor. Their slogan was -- "A motor so easy to fix, no hands are required."

She is an artist who lost both arms and both legs. She is an incredible artist.
