I will not consider the reversal a success until Californians start moving OUT of Texas.
This "Californian" (I hate every fucking thing about this state other than the weather and nature) will gladly take their spot and vote redder than half the damn state.

School districts should largely be torn down and rebuilt much leaner and meaner, they need less support not more. Ben Taub and such places also need massive reform, made to perform works of medicine and not all the rest.

I think this is a symptom of the whole welfare state, not unaborted babies cause the welfare state. Fix the broken welfare system and put more responsibility on those being helped to put effort into fixing their social and economic problems. If people start to behave more responsibly (instead of depending on the gibbs) they will be in a better place to take care of their own problems.
