To a drug dealer lacing drugs with something you do not know is there, yes death. To a drug dealer selling drugs because that is the only way the government will allow you to get them then no.
Fentanyl can kill by inadvertent exposure (it can be absorbed through the skin) which is why virtually all law enforcement officers and first responders carry narcon to protect themselves from accidental overdose. Many have died as a result of this. Mr. Cryofreeze; what is voluntary about this?
This is the argument that got us here on the verge of world wide tyranny. I thought each of us here on GAW understood.
Should we execute people for selling gas because some psychos like to throw molotov cocktails at police?
If the only solution to the problem is to grant government the power of death for voluntary transactions, then we aren't thinking hard enough.
This law leads to absolute tyranny. How any of you can trust government with this god-like power to kill any of us, is beyond me...
You do know cops frame people all the time right? Freeway Rick Ross was known to be so careful he never carried drugs or cash with him, he was making 2 million a day and had minions to take the fall. Yet when the CIA was done with him, he was pulled over with massive amounts of both cash and drugs in his trunk.
I am truly disappointed that so many people who purport to be on the side of freedom are ok with Trump giving this tyrannical power to drug enforcement agencies. Truly evil.
Your premise is rejected. Even Trump's remarks clearly indicate that a speedy trial and speedy execution of sentence is appropriate; so it is not a unilateral authority for police to execute drug dealers. As to the "argument that got us here"; I attribute your own ignorance as being a huge factor. As to "cops framing people all the time" it appears the government (J6) is the perpetrator; not necessarily the cops; the vast majority of which do protect and serve. Trump suggested that the penalty for dealing dangerous drugs be elevated to the same egregious level as the crime. I pray he takes it one step further; to apply the same penalty to those who denied effective medications for the plandemic due to profit, greed or evil intent while pushing a dangerous, experimental vaccine.
You are missing the big picture, which is dumbfounding to me.
Are you talking about involuntary transactions? Like forcing the vax? Because yeah, that one is evil and whatever penalty people decide is fine by me.
But if it's voluntary, then keep government out unless you want a tyrannical drug enforcement agency to have the power of life and death over everyone.
Voluntary is victimless, people will die, innocent people will die.
Your insults are unnecessary, I'm just trying to red pill you awake.
I think you're overreacting, until he provides more details than the broad descriptions he laid out. Your concerns are valid, but so is the justification, and all he really said was introducing the death penalty. He didn't list specific drugs that would incur the penalty, or the definition of dealing, or any details at all. He's generally been a libertarian, and respected the law, so assuming he wants to be a homicidal tyrant is a big leap based just on this.
Death penalty for voluntary transactions is dangerous beyond all reason. Give government this one power and they have the power of life and death over everyone.
So you trust Trump, great. What about the next, and the next... This is INSANE. How can so many people who see the evil behind government want this power for government?
Id have to see what he means. Its not something that should be allowed. Its still handing the power to the government to decide what a drug is and use that to eliminate opposition in the future.
Whats evil is knowing someone is an addict and using that against them to make money. Its not voluntary. I grew up arround addicts and there is no choice for them. They HAVE to get the drugs to satisfy that craving. Having said that. I dont agree with giving the death penalty to your everyday weed dealer. But at the same time. If you cant sell drugs. What are you actually losing?
You think you'll pick and choose. But what really happens is that in 10 years a new strain of covid spreads and ivermectin dealers are shot dead in the streets.
Give this power to government and you live under an oppressive regime with the power to frame and kill anyone.
Like I said. I dont agree with it. For many reasons. But we are not talking about a future that does not exist. We are talking about the here and now. Drug deals are not voluntary. Its people with drugs preying on those that are addicted.
Have you ever watched cops on Fox Nation? Most people they stop are nothing but Meth or Heroin addicts! I see meth heads all the time around my local area in central Florida! They are usually nut cases tweaking out and their bodies look like death warmed over! I feel people that sell these drugs should be dealt with accordingly! Btw- People that do pot nowadays, don't seem to be satisfied and they are now buying Spice! There's got to be a line in the sand sometime!
We aren't talking prostitution here buddy we are talking dangerous drugs and the evil people that bring them to our streets and destroy others with their greed.
Exactly. If you do not harm/bother or in anyway cast a shadow with what you do in life on someone else you should have the freedom to do it. No grey area here at all. That is freedom.
I don't think anyone here would support killing a pot dealer. Trump was President for 4 years and never attempted to implement such a draconian law...give it up bro.
What if the specific drug dealers he was taking a shot at are working at the three letter agencies? Are you still offended?
What if these agencies depend on the drug trade for population control? Are you still upset?
Remember, human trafficking goes hand in hand with the drug trade. What penalty do the people who traffick drugs and their fellow human beings deserve?
Does President Trump strike you as someone who has the time and desire to go after small time drug dealers?
If you bring the top of the pyramid down, say 20%, the lower 80%, the people you are referring to, are just out of business.
If it's voluntary and non-violent transactions then I have a problem. If our government is selling drugs to harm the people or weaken the country - then the death penalty for TREASON seems fair.
He's likely referring to all the fentanyl coming into our country across the open border. He also mentioned death penalty for human smugglers I believe at the same time.
He's promoted the use of HCQ and chlorine dioxide, you're jumping to retarded conclusions. Settle down jonesy, you'll be able to get your fix.
I feel ALL drugs should be legal. If you are not hurting your neighbor by using, taking or doing it should be legal...no matter what it is. If Trumps take on that is for more than just adrenochrome then I can't agree.
I think the type of drugs he's referring to here is that Adrenochrome. The dealers have to source it from somewhere. Do you not agree that those that source adrenochrome to sell to other people deserve the death penalty?
If adrenochrome is what we think, then it's not a voluntary transaction between adults. It's a horrific process involving pain and death.
However, for ANY voluntary transaction between adults to carry a death penalty is dangerous beyond all reason. How any of you are missing this is beyond me... What kind of Trump spell are you under?
He's fighting human trafficking. His whole mission here right now is to fight human trafficking. What kind of spell are you under that you believe he's gonna bother with Marijuana and other substances like that when there's much more important matters at hand?
I haven't really spent much time thinking this through but incannsee why you're concerned. But we already have laws on the books as to what drugs would be illegal. I see many issues that effect our county that are caused by drugs. Stealing, domestic violence and murders just to name a few. A crime is a crime. Changing what is considered a drug that would trigger a death sentence didn't seem to be his plan at this point. Some times you throw out a high ball request and it get negotiated down to what every one can support. Unless you yourself are selling illegal drugs I don't see what your son worried about. Do you like what is happening to this country because of drugs? Any law could be misconstrued and taken to the maximum sentence guideline. I hope you recognize that opening the discussion is different than setting guidelines by what the courts would actually use to enforce a law. Rest easy fren. The white hats have to open the peoples minds to ideas that will get much discussion before anything would be made a law. That's what leaders do. they think uonideas and the people work out the details.
Not sure what you mean by "voluntary transactions" is. I assume you mean buying and selling. I believe in that context, that those engaged in the selling not the buying would be punished. As I stated I'm sure that the amount sold, the danger of the specific drug and the degree of threat to life presented by the offender would be considered before execution. I mean if I give a coworker an aspirin would I be arrested and killed. Come on. Use some common sense. Trump isn't a murderer.
You think you know Trump...super. Maybe you are right.
Whatever scenario you come up with to justify this tyranny may seem reasonable now, but what about when President Kamala uses it to execute your family member that possessed too much HCQ?
It's incredibly short sighted to grant this power to drug agencies. The very agencies that have been caught funding the CIA, giving passes to the most horrific drug lords, and incarcerating non-violent offenders for voluntary transactions.
Please awaken, all of you. This is what tyranny looks like. Plausible, thin arguments based on NOW not the future.
The IRS got started by taxing the top 1%. Made sense then, not it looks like hell reigning down on the middle class.
You know what is amazing. Your scared of cattle cars coimg for your loved ones but if someone offers up something that is save your family youre all about it's a skipper slope. He didn't make a new law? He isn't buying upncattle cars or stocking up on cascets! If and when I see this becoming a threat, I'll worry until then I agree some dealers are killing a whole bunch of people! Something has to be done to stop the lawlessness. The lawlessness! I think you need to worry about the harm that is already happening rather than how his idea MAY be brought to bare. If your that worried about the future than get active in the development of any laws as they are actually being set up. We do have a voice in these things. Trump doesn't get to just implement his ideas. We have a system with many safeguards. Unlike our current administration that refuses to follow the system. They would be the ones to worry about.
I can see you trust him with the power of life or death for voluntary transactions. When the next George Bush uses that power to execute your sister for possession with intent to sell of her pain killer or plan b pills, then you'll understand why this is a huge mistake.
Dangerous and evil. Those who think they know best for others are so sure they will kill others to enforce it. Sick thinking.
In all fairness Trump did not clarify. I would assume that is what he meant but it is not what he said. That does fall in line with a lot of things he says but supposedly does not mean. Meaning, people would argue everytime he spoke of the vax he meant something besides the vax. There are a LOT of examples like this but no evidence. It is fun to debate but there are a good many things Trump is going to have to make clear in the future.
I don't think he's referring to ivermectin...but something needs to be done about the 60,000 annual deaths caused by fentanyl and other shit. He's also probably talking about the distributors, not your street-level dealer.
Maybe not, but what I am trying to point out is that this power is tyrannical. Once we allow government to kill us for non-violent, voluntary transactions - we are under an oppressive regime with the power to frame and kill us.
I don't agree that the distribution of drugs such as fentanyl is nonviolent - an incredible number of people are dying from this crap, and the cartel bosses know this...it is essentially premeditated murder for profit. Find something more useful to humanity to make a living from.
US ARE the biggest drug dealers! HW Bush set up our real economy that way, the one insiders don't share with the citizens.
Further a coworker was just called out to the hospital because her ex-husband father of her son was unknowingly given fentanyl. It will kill each person it gets to, as planned.
Trump got president Chi to make it a death penalty for making and distributing fentanyl in China. To try and stop the flow here along with buttoning up our border.
We're not talking weed crack pills.
We have a serious in problem with fentanyl because Joe Biden opened our border.
Good extra critical thinking op. Thats what we are here for. Question EVERYTHING including trump. Many have forgotten this golden rule. Dont let them shame you for it. I hear you and understand and share some of your concern. Im Hoping he did that, one to make all the people who want death penalties all around to self evaluate, also to flair up the conversation that will hopefully lead to fentynal being declared a Boi weapon used in conjunction witn an actual foreign invasion of our soil. A narrative to complete a much bigger goal. He is known for making outrageous statements that no one agrees with only to shed light tactfully on a major problem which we address in the proper manner. Yes proper manner isn't outright Killing low level offenders who hasnt had a single customer die. He even pointed out how outrageous it was gonna sound before he made the statement. Telling me he's searching for a different discussion and I believe the outrage of the left will fuel thier curiosity on what exactly he's talking about. Making thier great hate of him, turn into critical thinking..if not then it's apocalypse time and we go home. No biggy brother
I agree Trump is 100% wrong here. I have lived in countries with the death penalty for drug dealing. It only accomplishes 3 things:
It drives drug use/distribution further underground
It spreads out the crime among many more individuals, as the requirement for more mules/ant troops to keep the transport below the death limit means more blackmail, kidnapping, etc. by organized crime.
It makes it even more profitable for dirty/corrupt cops, judges and government officials.
Trying to stop drugs on the supply side is a terrible idea with very non intuitive side effects. Work on the demand side of the equation is an infinitely more practical solution. Unless you stop the demand, you can not eradicate supply.
This doesn't mean I think he is a black hat. I just think he is plain out wrong.
Trump is not perfect, and doesn't always say things we agree with. Yeah I get the possibility of the gov't going full tyrant over drugs, but hasn't it already before under past presidents?
What irrefutable proof do you have that Trump intends to kill us all, when he has repeatedly outspoken against the very same people we are fighting.
All of a sudden you think Trump is gonna up and kill everybody who sells IVM and HCQ when he was the one to suggest we take it in the first place before the MSM slapped it down in favor of mRNA vaccines
AND OF COURSE THE NEXT PRESIDENT AFTER HIM IS ALREADY NOT FUCKING TRUSTWORTHY BECAUSE IT'S THE FUCKING CABAL PUPPET THAT IS JOE BIDEN!!!!!
F E N T Y N A L enough to kill the entire American population x times over and killing 100 of 1000s of young people with Fentynal laced drugs.
So yeah Death to drug dealers
To a drug dealer lacing drugs with something you do not know is there, yes death. To a drug dealer selling drugs because that is the only way the government will allow you to get them then no.
One of my cousins recently died in exactly this way due to something laced with Fentanyl. All OP is missing is the handshake icon.
It must be nice to know what is best for everyone everywhere all the time. You must be a god.
Fentynal is the most powerful pain killer. Used responsibly people can live with horrible pain comfortably.
But you know best. Kill um all!
You are sick.
Executing adults for voluntary transactions is pure evil and I'm not sure why you all do not see it?
Fentanyl can kill by inadvertent exposure (it can be absorbed through the skin) which is why virtually all law enforcement officers and first responders carry narcon to protect themselves from accidental overdose. Many have died as a result of this. Mr. Cryofreeze; what is voluntary about this?

I took that as meaning the cartels. Maybe big pharma.
We know for a fact Trump has a huge hatred of cartel drug smugglers
In all of human history, the worst penalties are for the smallest dealers while the "Drug Lords" live long lives in luxury.
This is horrifying. The amount of evil this allows is staggering. Trump must believe himself to be god emperor.
I think you're overreacting, until he provides more details than the broad descriptions he laid out. I agree.
u/cryofreeze is biting off more than he can chew with his "Trump is untrustworthy" statement
Death penalty for voluntary transactions is dangerous beyond all reason. Give government this one power and they have the power of life and death over everyone.
So you trust Trump, great. What about the next, and the next... This is INSANE. How can so many people who see the evil behind government want this power for government?
It WILL be abused.
Id have to see what he means. Its not something that should be allowed. Its still handing the power to the government to decide what a drug is and use that to eliminate opposition in the future.
There is no wiggle room with a death penalty for voluntary transactions. It's tyranny...it's evil.

That is short sighted and leads to exactly the kind of government the cabal wants for all of us.
Absolute power for your lords, over life and death. Throw a bag of coke in your trunk and shoot you in the street.
Do you buy and sell drugs? Drugs have changed a lot since my druggie days 60's and 70's! Getting high on life is the only way to go!
I agree about high on life, but killing adults for voluntary transactions is evil. Pure and simple.
We aren't talking prostitution here buddy we are talking dangerous drugs and the evil people that bring them to our streets and destroy others with their greed.
Maybe Trump is trying to reverse this injustice.
Perhaps he is referring to dealers in Adrenochrome.
I wish, but he references the programs like Duterte's. Pot dealers at the street level were killed. Sick.
No one has a right to tell consenting adults what they can put into their bodies.
More likely you misheard and he’s talking about throwing out corrupt political opponents out of a helicopter like Duterte. Two separate things.
Nope, listen for yourself:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iDb3n5TKbxY
That is sick. We all know pot is not nearly as bad as alcohol. I cant get on board with that.
Exactly. If you do not harm/bother or in anyway cast a shadow with what you do in life on someone else you should have the freedom to do it. No grey area here at all. That is freedom.

Total agreement. If and when the head of the snake is cut off, the body will whither. Can’t have small, voluntary transactions without a supply chain.
Yes I have a huge problem with this, as any administration can come in afterwards and declare any undesirable a "drug dealer".
You can bet Fauci would have killed us for ordering Ivermectin. Tractor Supply managers would have been dragged into the street and shot dead.
Government deciding what you can put into your body is a recipe for hell on Earth.
I no longer trust Trump. We are on our own.
Seriously, you need a break... take a week off and read a good book... maybe Dickens.
I'm won't even touch this... Nuts
Drug dealers can easily be replaced. It's the cops, mayors, DA, business people that are the ones who keep it going.
The street thug is easily replaced.
I think the type of drugs he's referring to here is that Adrenochrome. The dealers have to source it from somewhere. Do you not agree that those that source adrenochrome to sell to other people deserve the death penalty?

Does a death penalty for voluntary transactions fall under FREEDOM or TYRANNY?
Not sure what you mean by "voluntary transactions" is. I assume you mean buying and selling. I believe in that context, that those engaged in the selling not the buying would be punished. As I stated I'm sure that the amount sold, the danger of the specific drug and the degree of threat to life presented by the offender would be considered before execution. I would like you too to use common sense.

You have no idea which drugs will be on the DEATH schedule. But I'm pretty sure IVERMECTIN would have carried a death penalty.
So you trust Trump? Great, I don't...but maybe I am wrong. What about the next 100 presidents, will they all be trust worthy?
Will cops frame people with this power? Will innocent people be executed because they spoke disrespectfully to the wrong cop?
It's INSANE to grant government this power.

A lot of states have legalized weed lately,
I think pot is safe.

EVIL.
You sound WAY too paranoid
LEARN COMMS
The COMMS here are that Trump knows best for everyone. A god emperor who will kill those that make choices he deems as bad.
Sick.

AND OF COURSE THE NEXT PRESIDENT AFTER HIM IS ALREADY NOT FUCKING TRUSTWORTHY BECAUSE IT'S THE FUCKING CABAL PUPPET THAT IS JOE BIDEN!!!!!
This is executions for non-violent, voluntary transactions. How all of you do not see PURE EVIL I cannot fathom.
Washington, Franklin, and Jefferson are rolling over in their graves.
Name calling nice...
So advocating for freedom from tyranny is something a glowie would do?
Give this power to goverment and it WILL BE ABUSED. Maybe not by god emperor Trump, but will the next 1000 presidents be so level headed?
Insanity. And any of you paying attention to what government does and how things are enforced are INSANE for not fearing this evil move.
Your opinions are absurd... you need to relax.
I live clean and believe every adult has a right to choose whatever they want to put into their bodies.
Freedom.
Scared? I'm angry and perplexed that the rest of you are not angry. Trump is advocating death penalties for voluntary transactions.
Tyranny, plain as day.
Are you all under a Trump spell?
My belief is irrelevant. We are discussing a tyrannical law and you want to talk religion.
I'll humor you: yes I do. God tells me this is what evil looks like.
