Heavenly Father, we ask of You to send upon the family and friends of the departed Your most Holy Spirit, to comfort and ease the grief that they feel. Lift up their hearts to Your eternal promise, that they may see coming glory and know that they will be reunited with this precious and cherished loved one. How sad. This is a terrible age for a girl to lose her mother. Remembering both of them.

One of the things I hate most about this situation is all the people who say sorry for your loss.

How many of them know you, or truely understand the impact this person had on your life?

Only you can truly appreciate the person. Take the time to thank God for what you had, ask God to show you how to help the daughter.

The good Lord giveth and the good Lord taketh.

Sorry to hear this terrible news. May she rest in peace. God please give her daughter the strength she needs to deal with everything right now.

It's a small thing, but if you think you can and it's appropriate, maybe you or your wife(?) Could mentor her so she has a stable female role model in her life.she could probably use one right now...
