Supreme Court hasn’t ruled on COVID-19 vaccines or ‘universal vaccination’
CLAIM: After a legal challenge from Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and a group of scientists, the U.S. Supreme Court has ruled COVID-19 vaccines are unsafe and “canceled universal vaccination.”

~ In 1986, Big Pharma successfully lobbied Congress to remove all government oversight of its manufacture of vaccines, their safety, efficacy, etc.
~ Big Pharma paid hundreds of $$ millions in 'campaign donations' to members of Congress to get this passed.
~ When a number of Congressional members objected to removing the current government oversight, Big Pharma agreed to do this:
They were going to 'self supervise' and 'self report'. They AGREED TO PROVIDE A Comprehensive REPORT to HHS for EVERY VACCINE they manufactured. These reports would include what the ingredients were, how long they studied it, whether they did animal trials, what the results were, the human trials, what the results were, the overall safety of the drug, the efficacy of the drug, whether certain persons should not take it, how many doses were recommended, whether there were any adverse events, deaths, etc.
THEY AGREED TO PROVIDE THESE REPORTS FOR EVERY VACCINE, EVERY TWO YEARS. This was to be given to our own HHS.
~HHS (Health and Human Services) was then supposed to read through all of it and present the reports to Congress. The first series of reports were due in 1988 and every two years after.
~Additionally, in 1988, Big Pharma again managed to convince Congress that it was being overwhelmed with vaccine lawsuits and they needed to be free from the harassment so they could 'focus on making safe vaccines' instead of defending from 'frivolous lawsuits'. They again donated $$$ to hundreds of Congress member's coffers and got Congress to agree to provide a Vaccine Injury Slush fund, funded BY TAXPAYER DOLLARS! What a deal!
~RFK Jr.'s lawsuit was to prove that Big Pharma never produced a single report to HHS and HHS never held them to it, nor did Congress.
~After 1988, Big Pharma's vaccine manufacturing exploded with many new vaccines and with no oversight, began 'requiring' many more vaccines for infants and children in order to enroll in school. Thus, making untold $$ billions in excess profits for Big Pharma with no oversight, no safety and with the taxpayers footing the bill for the damages.
RFK Jr. was able to force HHS to reveal that they had received NO REPORTS on any Vaccine since 1986!
