What is this thread all about?
Just a place for general discussion. A place to unload whats on your mind and talk about anything - personal, health, help needed, achievements, daily highs and daily lows, theories, predictions and what have you.
Does not need to be Q related.
Way off topic, but I'll tell you what, the How The Universe Works is a pretty good show. Granted, the commercials are annoying, but Mike Rowe keeps it interesting with his narration and I am learning new things even after studying astrophysics and astronomy for over 50 years. It transcends any discussion of religion when you're exploring the size of the universe and its majesty, and all the theoretical physics and mathematics involved. It almost makes the problems we face today here on earth insignificant at best.
Whenever I come across a post that attempts to connect a Q post to a story or event, I always upvote. The reason is to show appreciation for the effort.
Unless it's ridiculous, I upvote whether I agree with it or not.
Crazy thought, since I'm still trying to learn about the q drops and what they mean. I was watching a video on tg, this guy was trying figure out marker 9. I only use a ph, and can barely see, so in say that.. he says on Trumps affidavit, the redactions start on pg 9. Idk, I can't see that small. Lol. So, now my thought, spitballing here, don't you use or used to use, a marker for redaction? Idk I'm not as smart as ya'll and def haven't been around long enough. Thoughts?
Rather than voting for a president, i'd rather vote for a cabinet. Which presidential nominee is going to propose someone like Dr Robert Malone/ Peter McCullough as head of CDC or someone like William Binney (NSA whistleblower) as head of NSA.... Would be a fun community project to start talking about and putting forth IDEAL cabinets. Might also be a way to bridge the left vs right bologna
Cabinet dream team sounds like a great idea !
However, coming from countries that vote for cabinets who then choose the prime minister, that system sucks. I really love the presidential system of US, as long as there is no systemic corruption at every level, it works better.
I love this idea! Going to spread it
I would love to see a thread on cabinet dream teams... And a thread on holistic cures from our ancestors. All our Grandparents remedies.
Can you post? We can't yet
would be a great infographic with a list of names where we'd promote collaboration between both parties...who do we like and who do we trust and which candidates are going to support our joint 'liking' of this cabinet
Soon as I can post... going to be spreading this idea. Genius marketing technique, and it will generate fantastic narratives during campaigns, and almost force transparency
i like the idea of putting candidates in the spotlight during the debates, "what do you think of these individuals as the new head of XYZ within your cabinet. there seems to be a lot of public support"... it would be difficult to bullshit your way through that answer because we could just ask those people if certain candidates have collaborated/reached out to them, etc.,
what are you going to start with for your post? just a general list of all the positions a president has direct influence over?
one of the bigger concerns that people have with Trump is how he campaigned with the message of "Drain the Swamp" but then filled positions with the same swamp creatures we always get.
Takes forever to be able to post... we're both new accounts. Need upvotes as a sign of being part of this community. It's a good system imo.
Until then.... can spread it via the comments.
Great idea on the debates. We could develop standard debate questions, ABC grade candidates objectively based on simple yes/no questions. If they don't participate, that's a sign they are fools, don't consent to the method, or have bad intent.
We should come up with a copy-paste. Will have some time later.
Totally in love with this idea
Ivanka released a statement that a book dedicated to her father’s achievements during his 4 yrs in the white house will be released. The way it was phrased is the first time I felt Trump might not be coming back. Anyone else see this? Thoughts?
Hopefully it's because, during his next term he won't have a pack of jackals in multiple facets of society (government, media, big tech, hollywood, etc.) trying to cut him down at the knees every other day. His accomplishments won't fit in a mere book for his next term, but will require a huge tome or perhaps an encyclopedia-style series of books. They could be arranged chronologically by year or organized by subject matter (i.e. - foreign policy and relations, domestic energy, domestic food production, innovation, cures for diseases, education, etc).
Edit: I haven't yet seen Ivanka's statement (please do share it if you get a chance). I obviously am not alone in wanting POTUS to be reseated in his rightful place as leader of the (soon to be) free world and remain there FOR DECADES. But he's already given so very much to this country and our people that I wouldn't blame him if he wants to turn over the reins to trusted others. I would hope he would remain as an advisor if not the defacto leader to right the proverbial ship if it begins to drift off course.
I started a new job a couple weeks ago and it is a lot more standing and walking than my previous job. I love it. It’s going to be good for my body. I sat way too much. Already lost over ten lbs in my short time there.
My MAJOR issue is with my feet. About half way through the work day my feet start to really hurt. It gets worse and worse throughout the day. It is quite severe.
Can anyone recommend some over the counter replacement inserts for my shoes or maybe some tips for helping my troubled poor feet? Thank you very much.
I just had foot surgery, and I wish I had had it sooner. But I know everything there is to know about feet. So hear my suggestions.
Since you’re gonna be working on on your feet, you need to get a really good pair of shoes. These will be shoes you were to work every day. The shoes I purchased after my foot surgery, are called Gravity Defy! They come with two pairs of orthotics, and you can switch them out based on how swollen you feel like your feet are. They have a great arch support, and help correct and overpronation if you walk on the inside of your feet. They are good solid shoes, and I feel confident when I wear them. Best thing, is my feet don’t hurt.
Also if you’re going to be on your feet a lot at work you need to be wearing some type of compression stocking. They come in different levels, so I wouldn’t get the strongest level, because the top of the sock will dig in to where your knee meets your calf. You’ll wanna pair that has a two or 3 inch support at the top of the sock, that way they won’t dig in. You used to be able to get these at Walgreens, but I’ve done a lot of shopping for socks like this over the years and I just can’t remember where I got mine. Walmart may be another place.
But wearing the compression stockings alone, will keep you from having to have been surgery when you get older. So it will keep your heart healthy as well. You don’t want to be straining your veins all day long while you’re standing on your legs. It’s just so bad for you. The socks are not that expensive, they come in white and black, and will save you years of misery.
If you don’t like the look of the gravity defy shoe, try and find another type of shoe that’s going to give you a great arch support. Not Nike ha ha ha ha! Hoka it’s another brand, but I think their shoes are ugly. But that’ll just give you an idea of what to look for.
It will be an investment, but worth every dime! Just think of them as your work shoes. It’ll save your feet, and your legs! And to be perfectly honest, the socks and the shoes together make your feet and legs feel top-notch.
Thank you very much sharing your experience!
Sure no problem. If there’s anything I can do to help out a fellow friend, with foot issues, I have the information… I suffered with my foot problem for over five years, I’ve tried every product, every sock, anything and everything to help alleviate the pain. I finally had the surgery done and I’m doing much better now. I can’t stress how important your feet are. Take good care of your feet, and especially with the compression stockings. They will be with you for the rest of your life, and you’ll want them to be healthy! God bless you and have a great night.!
Wow you sure have a firm footing on the topic lol 🤣😉😁🙏❤🙌
That’s funny… Yes I do. How have you been? I hope all is well with you. I’ve noticed the post that you’ve been posting of your dog on the animals.win. Cute!
Compression stockings or socks work wonders.I've had jobs where I've been on my feet all day and I found these really helped. Congratulations on your new job ,hope it goes well for you.
Where is the most pain? You should go to a podiatrist and see what he says.
Sadly, there is a 60 day wait for benefits to kick in. Not sure why some companies do that.
The pain is the entire foot. Heals/sides/ankles. I was lying in bed last night and both feet felt like they were on fire.
If it seems clear that the foot pain is from standing all day, I would go for the compression socks, bring a spongy mat to stand on, and get orthotic shoes when you can afford them and wear comfy shoes until then. Look online for suggestions too.
I don't stand in one spot. I operate equipment and walk around getting materials and deliver product my machines produce to a finishing area. The floor is smooth concrete. The only floor padding is directly where the equipment is. The only chance I get to sit down is during break periods and a 30 min lunch. I do have shoes on order and am shopping for compression socks.
Dr. Scholl's? They used to have a machine set up in WalMarts (maybe other stores) where your feet are scanned or whatever and it gives a more personalized suggestion.
Feet pain stinks! I know it firsthand.
I know many will frown upon this, but college football starts next week and I can't wait! We got rid of our weakling coach and his entourage, now having a much more alpha male presence.
Boomer!
I can't wait either! Go GA Bulldawgs! Our family gets together and cooks out every weekend.
That's awesome! My husband is an OKSU fan, but he watches OU. He loves football itself.
Thanks, we love it also. Glad to have another football fan besides me here.
Sooner!
Football is fun when it is not an idol. Remember God created all the ingredients and best parts of football--the everlasting stuff. Like perseverance, honesty, strength, peace,. He even created the players, and coaches, and fans, and real food.
Indeed! I understand the game a lot more each season, and that helps too.

This link is to Robert sephyr anthropologist...a very knowledgeable guy indeed. His article about the legend of the Amorites is his best to date!.
This one is about reincarnation....it shows excerpts from Alan watts talks and some children who remembered past lives ..ghandi himself took part in one investigation but his bit on James who was a fighter pilot shot down and his total recollection of events at two..the lane..his name..his crew ..his parents were Baptist's and didn't believe in reincarnation!!
Not in this be. But elsewhere is James's recollection of being in heaven and visiting his prospective parents.....
That's enough I hope to whet your attitude....if all of us believed we would in the next life or a previous one be the race they now hate and want to kill..how different would the world be?
The plane..his name.
nothing important but I just got done laughing my ass off
Here's an oddly patriotic live version of "America, FUCK YEAH" at the South Park Anniversary concert. The whole thing is really worth the watch if you havent seen it yet even though Primus is in it and they're trash since they praised establishment..
https://youtu.be/5x7TUiV8Urk?t=5455
Also, they spent a lot of time talking about Joe Biden "Terkin thur Jerbs" a little earlier in the concert.

I always thought Primus sucked. 😁
Tendie. I'm kinda surprised you didnt catch this, maybe it hasnt been posted? I hate to be the bearer of bad news... but heres an article...

I hope this doesn't ruin our frienship! :O
Watched it for the first time since childhood a couple months ago. It's OK. I'm glad you enjoy it, but 500 times?!
Can definitely see it being a "Hey, this is on!" Type cable tv background watch.
CHAPTER 2- The Sticky Protein: Gluten's Role in Brain Inflammation (It's Not Just About Your Belly) .
"Another woman who came to me with a totally different set of symptoms but a similarly long history of suffering was Lauren. At just thirty years old, she told me squarely on our first meeting that she was having some mental problems. Lauren detailed the previous twelve years, which she described as a consistent downhill ride in terms of health. She told me how her early life was quite stressful once she lost both her mother and grandmother at a young age. When she started college she was hospitalized on several occasions for mania. During this time she would experience episodes of becoming highly talkative and overly grandiose about herself. She would then eat excessively, gain a lot of weight, and become severely depressed and suicidal. She had just started taking lithium, a medication used to treat bipolar disorder. Mental illness ran in her family; her sister had schizophrenia and her father was bipolar. Aside from Lauren's dramatic account of her mental issues, the rest of her medical history was fairly unremarkable. She had no laments of bowel issues, food allergies, or any other of the standard types of complaints associated with gluten sensitivity. I went ahead and ordered a test for gluten sensitivity. We found profoundly..." .
Excerpt From "Grain Brain". by David Perlmutter. .
The book goes on to describe how gluten is also a cause of epilepsy and other ailments!
For anyone who has chronic allergies, constipation, brain fog, excess mucus, I would suggest to go gluten free for a month, and see how you feel. Just try it, it can be hard, we all love our fresh bread. The gluten free products are available now, where they were not 25 years ago when I tried it. As a person of modest means, my diet was heavy on the pasta, and who doesn't like noodles? I survived. When I "cheat" I can expect indigestion, more pain in my joints, and sluggish energy. Try it, get off the wheat belly express.
In her place I would look at homeopathy...acting on the same principle as memory/water homeopathy can get outstanding results
So, will our coins/change be worth anything if we go to a gold standard?
I think that they only have be recognised as fully exchangeable for gold, like the original dollar bills.
What's for dinner lads?
It's a bit early for that. I've only just finished breakfast!
America! Fuck yeah!
