Peel 6 grapefruit and 4 lemons. Put the fruit in baggies to eat or put in smooties.
Put the peels in a pot and fill with water until they are just covered. Cover with lid and boil for 2.5-3 hours. Let cool completely. Do not remove the lid at all through this process until completely cool. Strain into Mason jars. Put one in the fridge and freeze the rest. Take two tablespoons in the morning and two in the evening. Add Zinc for better uptake. It tastes gross but it does some amazing things. After one day it completely eliminated my rheumatoid arthritis in my hands. Literally zero pain and stiffness. Tinnitus reduced by 95%. Cold/flu symptoms were gone within two days. It might make you feel a little dragged out for a couple days but that won't last. Effects seem to last for about 6 months so I make a new batch.
But how will doctors afford their Mercedes Benz and their lake house! Just think of what you are doing to their livelihood spreading such heretical ideas?!?!?
Hendricks. I used to hate gin until I found Hendricks. It's made with rose and cucumber. Tanqueray, Bombay, Beefeater, etc are like pine sol compared to Hendricks.
Interesting. There's also a drug called Plaquenil, (hydroxychloroquine) used for Malaria, but also prescribed for Rheumatoid Arthritis. At least it used to be before it was found to be useful against Covid.
Chemistry. Yes. There’s also not enough quinones in tonic water to be of any disease benefit. You think the food matrix is gonna put enough good stuff in your food to benefit you? Coke won’t allow that.
Here's something else you didn't know....
Quinine comes from the bark of a class of tree called Cinchona, which has been historically sought after for its medicinal value, as the bark of several species yields quinine and other alkaloids that were the only effective treatments against malaria during the height of European colonialism, which made them of great economic and political importance.
In the 1700s a Scottish doctor, George Cleghorn, discovered that quinine could be used to treat malaria. This quickly led to tonic water being drunk by British soldiers stationed in India to fight malaria. But as you may know, tonic water is quite bitter. So, in the 1800s, soldiers took to adding first gin, and eventually lemon and lime to their tonic water, to hide the bitter flavor, thus inventing the classic cocktail.
I love that stuff. Went to it after I discovered all the popular brands put high fructose corn syrup in their tonic water (ugh!). I drink one with breakfast everyday, sometimes mixed with a little o.j. and a squeeze of lime.
When I feel a cold coming on I take 2 zinc tabs with 2 shots of tonic water. Do that 2 days in a row- cold symptoms disappear & never amount to anything!
When I was a ballroom dancer I'd drink 1 vodka tonic at events to eliminate leg cramps. When I stopped dancing, stopped drinking this and leg cramps returned. So bought a case of it. You might remember at very beginning of plandemic it was hard to find tonic water.
Lately I took up scorpion hunting with UV flashlights. You might be surprised at how many things "glow in the dark." Except that they don't really glow in the sense of emitting light, they are selectively reflective of blue light. Big difference. If you care to experiment, get several flashlights with different wavelength outputs, e.g. I have two that supposedly put out 395 nm, but one looks blue and the other is a hard-to-bear purple. Then get "blue-blocking" glasses. Many, many varieties, all basically with a yellow-orange coating. These will alter what you see with the flashlight depending on the darkness of the coating.

Thanks fren. Will try. Peel including the pith or just shavings off the top layer?
Whole thing. Makes it super easy. I usually get about 2 litres in a batch. One litre lasts about a week if you take 4 tbsp/day.
try to get off the pharma petroleum poison products and eat health with natural blood pressure lowering foods.

oh nyo!
Any citrus. Limes would be good. I thought grapefruit was good for high blood pressure.
As someone with bad hands at far too young of an age, thank you. I will be trying this later!

Neither. Grey Goose and a splash of lime juice.
I’ll have what he’s having 🍸🍹
It's also a malaria drug and fights covid. https://www.mdpi.com/1999-4915/13/4/647/htm

Which lets me think most illnesses are parasites
Yup. Parasites or Fungi is my belief. Ivermectin is truly amazing. No wonder "they" have made it so difficult to get.
It’s terribly expensive. $57 for a 30 day supply from India. I may have to use Hcq. Fauci said Hcq is the cure and vaccine for COVD.
Drink with zinc.
I like the* fever tree* brand, it is less sugary and more bitter,
They also make a fantastic ginger beer. Makes a delicious Moscow mule

So take your medicine, cheers!
Seems too little for a pirate

"why is the rum gone...." - Captain Jack Sparrow
Hmm this could be useful someday when faking the luciferase mark.
I’ve been drinking it for 40 years and I still don’t glow lol
well of course not, you're not in the FBI duh
I personally think that's more of a "shoot your way out" problem.
A fun science experiment for kids is to make glow in the dark flowers by using tonic water instead of tap water in a vase.
Or, substitute tonic water for tap water to make glow in the dark jello. 🐸
(Blacklight required for both)
Stealing
after a night of vodka tonic, it's time to see if my piss glows....
Does this have anything to do with glowies?
When I feel a cold coming on I take 2 zinc tabs with 2 shots of tonic water. Do that 2 days in a row- cold symptoms disappear & never amount to anything!
Yep my mom takes quinine meds - she suffered with gout due to kidney problems (she doesn’t drink) and was prescribed it…
