Ok this is just an error on the IRS behalf. He told the IRS he was moving to Japan for a decade and wouldn't need to pay taxes. He came back after 3 years, and they forgot about him. Now with this article his ass his grass. Anyone thinking otherwise follow up on this case in a year.
I thought Americans still have to pay tax no matter where you are in the world.
A lot of countries have no resident tax exemptions, like UK but America does not allow that. If you live in Japan 1 years or 20 years Uncle Sam wants his money.
Only in countries with which they have a tax agreement, which is most. I know from experience, that there is no such agreement with China, but I'm sure there is one with Japan.
It doesn't sound like he's too knowledgeable but perhaps he wasn't letting on all he knows. He'll get stomped in an UNLAWFUL "tax court" jurisdiction if he BELIEVES he can use the bible and Constitution as his defenses. Because neither of those documents applies to a U.S. Citizen, resident, person, taxpayer, defendant, etc. (Legal terms of art) Only a man/woman can claim such rights. And "tax court" never prosecutes men or women.
I recall Arrow Plastics owner Dick Simkanim didn't withhold taxes from his employees. He offered them to work as independent contractors, to which they would be responsible for their own taxes. Simkanim was very outspoken about it and put himself on the IRS radar. The IRS is one of the early adopters for violating individual's lawful rights, especially due process. The IRS even violates their on CFR laws as the late great John Kotmeier would attest. He beat the IRS using their own CFR codes, but then they went after his son and convicted him. Then they went after the Save A Patriot Foundation and found a corrupt judge that gagged SAPF from providing legal help to those being persecuted by the IRS.
Because Dick Simkanim became such a public figure, they used him as example to others and managed to convict him on 25 felony counts each having a 5 year sentence plus 4 misdemeanor counts each for up to 1 year each. That's life imprisonment. He was accused of failing to withhold and pay $175,000 in taxes on employee wages and of filing 15 fraudulent refund claims for about $235,000.
The IRS accused Simkanim of falsifying his workers as independent contractors, when they were 'really' employees thereby being liable to withholding employee taxes. Companies do hire independent contractors all the time, but with Simkanim they were out for blood. Dick Simkanim was a good man, who followed the written law, but he was vocal in opposing the income tax. The IRS bears false witness against many people. They especially did this with Simkamin, who died in prison.
This Pennsylvania man above has just made himself a target.

You have no idea, until you see it yourself, how much power a printed newspaper has to redpill a normie. We get their print version once a week, and all their online content every day. Worth it.
Epoch is the ONE corporatized media outlet that I am willing to support, via subscription. To be honest, I usually just glance at the headlines in my email each day, but I would be happy to subscribe to Epoch (and it's a very inexpensive subscription, too!) even if I didn't read it. Because they are such brilliant quality, I'm more than happy to just make a monthly donation!
But, their content is really the best, and they have incorporated more and more awakened folks into their fold, including an anon or two.
They were putting out infographics on Russiagate long before it every was understood or recognized outside the Q sphere.
True! They've sent me a poster or two and I think they're worth laminating. So much great content that I carry old issues with me to share articles with chatty people I meet.
They have nice reviews on classical art and music, a homeschool section, great traditional recipes and medicinal foods advice, etc. Plus I can do their crosswords and sudoku on my phone when I'm bored.
They have a magazine coming soon, I'm thinking of getting in on that too.
Jesus just said give Caesar what is Caesars. In those days most all the money ACTUALLY was Caesars, he loaned it out to the population to create the economy.
Its different now. Its OUR money.
No. It's a debt instrument. It says it right on the currency "Federal Reserve Note" it's a note that needs to be paid back to the Fed Rserve with interest. A private fot profit corporation not answerable to us or the govt., apparently.
End the Fed and we can have our own currency - which should just be a way to exchange goods and services.
Because, from a common law perspective (and remember that the Constitution is essentially a formalized, codified form of common law), there is no obligation to 'register' one's vehicle if it is being used for non-commercial use on a public road.
The 'requirement' for people to register their vehicles and indeed, obtain a driver's license, is part of the scam and fake 'color of law' that has been perpetrated over the past 100+ years, in many parts of the world.
Even the fucking Joker from Batman the animated series once said he wasn’t crazy enough to go up against the IRS, so in a humorous way this guys crazier than that.
Don't try this at home, like they used to say during the 1980's TV stunt shows. Not yet.

Especially with 87,000 IRS agents with guns on the loose.

Fear is how they rule us.
This is the issue with this illegal tax report. The IRS doesn’t really care if something is illegal or not.

Use 12ft ladder to bypass it.

Sorry. Didn't notice that. Let us know how the 12ft ladder goes, but in the meantime:

Curious how he does it. The nuts and bolts. And why do they always say Jesus was for paying your taxes lol

The only real money is silver and gold.
Oh they're gonna go after him now, Lord bless him
If I recall correctly, Wesley Snipes tried this. Don’t think it turned out quite the way he imagined when he got to court.

I pray he’s the one who has been called to take on Goliath, and SCOTUS rules Income taxes are unconstitutional. Pray with me....
I'm wondering how he gets away with not registering his car and using his phony custom made plate?
PA is crawling with cops looking for revenue sources

Sounds like some Black's Law Dictionary outdated Sovereign Citizen BS going on here.
