The numbers are small, but the direction is spot-on.
Publicly calling out and arresting spies is always a big deal no matter when.

This DOJ has relentlessly pursued agents of the PRC who are engaged in espionage and other criminal activity.

Indictments such as what were announced today give evidence to the latter.
