If the blood contains inorganic substances such as Graphine nano-particles, then some type of physical filtration would be needed to remove it.

If you look into zeolites they are naturally occurring and are often used for filtrating marine aquatics, coral, etc.

If you could remove the spike proteins before it is integrated into your liver in theory yes.
Problem is that once the spike proteins are in all your major organs it is difficult to undo.

How about Chelation Therapy. Says it removes the metals from the blood???
