We have a month before the SC decides to hear the case. I think the next month a shit ton of evidence will be rolled out, giving the people all the reasons why the SC must rule on the case. As it is realized the SC is going to overturn the 2020 election, shit gets really bad.
If the SC decides to move forward with it, it may be a month or two of depositions, pulling in people who were subpoenaed. The deep state will move into their final acts of desperation. This may be when the national guard are deployed to maintain civility.
Most likely, the current financial system will be destroyed as the deep state reign comes to an end. They would try to initiate as much pain as they can. Pushing us toward the great reset for the United Nation, New World Order.

I don't think he will be declared the rightful winner. Only because if he did there could be a case made that he can't run again. It does not matter if he didn't get his first two years. Being declared the rightful winner means the first two years count.
There will be a new election but it will not be a "popular" vote election. It will be the way it was when this country was first founded. The state legislators will vote for the EC reps for their state.

I think that presidential elections like we have had are over. We will return to the way it was done in the beginning of this country. We the people elect our state reps they in turn elect the EC. They in turn vote for president.
