He said 3 precincts, where the evidence that expert Clay Parikh highlighted, the 19inch ballots were across all 6 precincts. Also the fact there were any changes shows malfeasance.
Shouldn't be hard to figure it out. Whoever is was had to use a password and there is probably a log of those changes. Unless that info was erased. But then, there would be a record of who did the erasing.
I don't know why all these courts give a single shit about intent, though. You can break any number of laws unintentionally, the federal government has assured that to be the case, and you are still liable for breaking these laws because ignorance is not a valid excuse.
Speed unintentionally in 35, you going to get a ticket.
Government fucks up an election by purposefully changing printer settings the morning of an election in mostly republican area in violation of a bunch of laws....
Well shit happens, there is no intent, move along, you election denying racist terrorist, you're a danger to our democracy and stop wasting our time in court!!!
Shocking to me that he said it occurred (unreported to the public) in 3 prior elections also (2018, 2020, 2022 primary?).
I was curious about techs making untested changes on production equipment on election day, the last day of voting. Then he testified that it occurred in 3 prior elections with no correction (?) in those.
This touches on a big technical area that doesn't seem to have been brought up, that the machines have to be calibrated, by someone, and certified to be working, by certain experts, at least every two years, and the full treatment hasn't been done since 2018. Using the uncertified machines voids the results too, if that law were upheld we haven't had a legal election since 2020.
Wait, they didn't print ballots until the day of election?
This makes no sense. What about early voting or mail in ballots.
They couldn't print, trim, and ship to polling placed in time.
They use a "ballot on demand" system. In person Ballots are printed onsite in real time. That's how they cheated...they rigged the printer settings to force adjudication.
Since theY know how you are registered, they can print the right ballot for the right person. If you have face tats and rainbow shirt, 20" ballot for you. Dare to wear your "don't fuck babies" shirt, well you'll get a 19" ballot for being a danger to our democracy.
The tricks changed since the hanging chads I see, trying not to be obvious. To be fair, who among us would have protested that election result? Back in 2000? Because it was clear it was rigged, in Florida.
LOL… funny how all these faggots sing when they know they got caught. At this point he should have just pointed to the ginger with the maple leaf hair and said “he made me do it…”
Round up the wagons. Should this court be shut down and tribunals start now. Asking for my popcorn kek
Do you think GITMO has been idle the past two years?
He said 3 precincts, where the evidence that expert Clay Parikh highlighted, the 19inch ballots were across all 6 precincts. Also the fact there were any changes shows malfeasance.
And conspiracy
It's our fault that we waited to vote until after the printers were rigged.
And they think we are stupid. Like this just happened this year. 2020 was the mother of all cheating.
A crime.
So, who did it then?
Shouldn't be hard to figure it out. Whoever is was had to use a password and there is probably a log of those changes. Unless that info was erased. But then, there would be a record of who did the erasing.
Unless the password was password again and everyone was using it
Still would likely be at least a log time of the change, and video cameras.
She should have added “purposefully”

Depends on the law. Some statutes require mens rea; others don't, the next state over might hold the opposite, and you can't generalize.
Luzerne County PA. They just never gave republican polls enough paper

This is the dude who walked off a press conference after shaking and stammering through a partial statement after 2020.

I'm always surprised how clumsily many attorneys present their closing. Good information, but awkward presentation.

One printer or all printers at all locations?
all printers at some locations. By complete coincidence, almost of all of those locations were in heavy Republican precincts.
These people are stupid
Pretty sure you can tell who was logged in when a setting was changed.
There are master key back door modes that don't leave a trace. We don't need a machine with hidden codes and algorithms to simply count by ones.
