Nice list. I can add one more thing, and that's banning congress from participating in investing in the stock market.
And not a single penny more to fund foreign conflicts — aka, money laundering
Hold the elected and their families accountable to the same laws which we are to be subjected. No more hiding behind the position and insider trading. They could call it the "Martha Stewart" rule. They could go one step further and apply that rule to the last several decades of elected individuals and put the monies recovered back into Social Security.
Prohibit the elected from dipping in to the social security fund. If they want to cut a program's budget, take it from the welfare state.
It is so sad that we have to negotiate for such common sense measures.

At this point, adjourning congress and literally draining EVERY swamp monster is the only permanent, long term solution.
However in the interim, we have to hope and pray that the few principled members never back down.

The whole point is to expose who votes against the against the interest of a better congress and against the interest of the population.
I know it's not a priority but I guess it depends how you look at it, but ban dual passports?
I've often pondered that myself. Why, as an elected official ( viable U.S. Citizen, right?) or even an average every day citizen hold two different country passports? Now I held two myself, but both U.S. one (red/brown) was for OFFICIAL Business ( U.S. Navy/Govt) and the other (blue) was for private citizen use.
The idea that an elected official in critical positions carries another country's passport is very disturbing in terms of loyalties to me. This needs to stop. One country or the other, but not both. Or if they elect to hold both passports, then they resign from their office IMMEDIATELY!
This is a huge National Security threat that the majority of Americans are clueless about.

Amendments. Members must be allowed to propose and vote. I don't give a rat's ass if they are dilatory tactics. Members must be allowed to participate in the legislative process.
So, anyone can make a motion to dismiss speaker… motion to dismiss, gets voted and denied every time

All bills MUST be 12pt font double spaced and fit on a single piece of 8.5×11in sheet of paper. If you can't fit it, it doesn't pass.
All currently enacted law MUST be rephrased to fit these parameters. If they can't be squeezed down, they are null and void.
