There is no such thing as "constitutional rights." The belief in constitutional rights is a fraud, designed to make people believe that that is where their rights come from. It causes people to completely miss the obvious truth.
You have Rights, they are a fundamental part of being a person. The constitution, which is just a treaty AKA a set of agreed upon laws between Sovereign entities, can't give you anything, it can only try to take them away.
As for the WHO "seeking to become an international governing body," that also is a fraud, because by law they already are. Or rather, their parent organization, the United Nations is. The UN Treaty, which all countries must sign by coercion through many avenues, not the least of which is loans from the World Bank, gives legal Sovereignty to the Security Council who are not accountable to anyone. They can't be accountable to anyone, they are Sovereign.
Like so much else of what is going on right now, this is nothing but an exposition of what already is, because people don't realize how the system is already constructed.

Thank you, that's what I've been saying for years. We don't have a "First Amendment right" to free speech, nor do we have a "Second Amendment right" to bear arms. We don't have a "Third Amendment right" to not have anyone from the military to squat in our homes.
We have Natural Rights endowed to us by our creator. It's literally the second paragraph of the Declaration of Independence. Yeah, I get that it's easier to say in conversation, but the distinction must be made known.
It is easier to say in conversation because we have been trained to believe it. That is the fraud. The original constitution is purposefully designed to commit this fraud. The Bill of Rights takes this fraud to the next level. Take for example the fifth amendment:

A constitution (Treaty) that gives explicit statements that all signatories to the Treaty are Sovereign, with an explicit exit clause (any Treaty that does not allow one to disengage without a declaration of war is fraudulent) makes the vast majority of our laws jurisdictionally fraudulent, and the Bill of Rights at best redundant, and at worst designed to take away the fundamental understanding of what Rights are, which leads to them being removed.

Our Bill of Rights forbids pretty much all of this, if not all. Our founders already codified in our Constitution what rights we have. Our rights come from God, and the United States Government serves We The People.
If our current congress or another government tries to supercede these rights, it would be Unconstitutional in the US and, in my personal opinion, a Declaration of War, if other nations try to impose their will on us.
