McCarthy is 55th House Speaker.
He won the 128th House Election on 1/7.
On 1/3 was the first day of the 118th Congress.
Trump truths on 1/17 "THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING".
The only Q post with "THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING" is post #542 on 1/18/2018 which contains both the numbers of 118 (month and day) and the 3 numbers of 128 (in the year).
His truth is also missing an "h" in wether (weather/ whether) and only 3 Q posts have an "h" in brackets ([h]). "1128" also can make 118 and 128. It also has [h] in brackets and says "house of reps".
... and the content of Trump's above tweet is about a house:
days ago Trump posted something with "... Now we can start ..." (I don't remember more)
-> so the house is clean now
