The government has repeatedly shut down over the years, and nobody cared.
I like the time they tried shutting down a federal park, and posted federal employees at the park entrance to make sure nobody got to use the park.

Doesn’t this move pour water on the narrative the DS is using this to push Biden out? This seems more like a maneuver to hide what is in the documents.
They can still remove Joe. They just don't want the Republicans to do it. They would rather take the "win" then let the Republicans get credit.
This scandal seems to take the 25th Amendment off the table. It will look way too convenient to claim he is either physically or mentally incapacitated now.
It seems to me they absolutely need the Republicans to help through impeachment. The only other option is Biden takes himself out by resigning.
At this point I'm inclined to believe this is about blocking him from running in the 2024 election. And, possibly, he or his family created this scandal to avoid the 25th Amendment being used on him now.

My question for the legal people on here: Don't we still have the power on the oversight committee to demand it? Since when is a three letter agency more powerful than our oversight committee? Am I missing something? Can't we look at the docs at the same time?
I was listening to adjust human podcast and there was a little known rule that has never been used but Congress has come a kind of in a way, its own police force, and, it has subpoena power, but, if those repeaters are ignored, on paper at least, it does have the ability to reach out and physically grab people by the collar and put them down in the chairs at the table before them. We shall see if they use it.

The entire document scandal may have been purposely implemented when they knew they would lose the House for exactly this purpose. They will spend the next two years investigating and at the last moment exonerate Biden and he will pardon Hunter and anyone else caught up in the treason.
Biden was never going to run for a second term. He isnt capable of campaigning and they wouldnt be able to hide him in the basement again under the guise of covid. That was put forth to bait the People into believing the purpose was to remove Biden. Same as the medias sudden about face.
This was all a ruse to keep this Republican Congress from investigating Biden and the rampant treason in our government. I saw this coming a mile away as did most discerning Patriots.

We knew this was going to happen. Let's not act surprised when communist-controlled Executive refuses to comply with patriot-controlled Legislature. This battle will have to play out in the courts. We knew that.
We also know that no matter what the investigations turn up, FBI and DoJ will do nothing because they're communist-controlled as well. So manage your expectations and understand that the goal here is to name and shame. This battle is going to be fought in public with the goal of waking people up and hopefully creating sea change voting.
Yes, that strategy is imperfect. The situation is imperfect. But if you want to preserve the system we have, we have to work within it. If we go vigilante to solve this problem, we essentially admit that the Constitution and our experiment in self-government failed. So, wake the people up. Lord knows these criminals have stolen enough money and buried enough bodies to make any honest person sick to their stomach.
