It actually tastes okay in Hawaii but for some reason it is skunky here. Maybe I've lived in the mountains for too long. It's certainly altitude based flavor in my opinion.

I'm a home brewer, I know exactly what you were getting at. I don't know if it's altitude, temperature or humidity... Heineken just tastes like shit in Colorado and is pretty decent in Hawaii.
I believe that we are. I built full 3 tier lautertons to do full grain mash. If you ever want I'll point you in the right conditions, extract brewing is a great way to start but I recommend you push your hobby a bit further.

For me, it's not so much what he could do to this shitty product (won't discount that idea, though) and more so what is he going to try to do to non-shitty products that compete with it?
