Barnes is taking the case, so this should be very interesting. He was handling the Brooke Jackson whistleblower case that opened the door about the DoD being involved. Pfizer asked to have the case dismissed because they claimed they were acting on behalf of the government and that under those rules involved with military countermeasures, product testing was irrelevant and not required. Pfizer basically delivered the fraud the government ordered. I wonder if Barnes is going to try to drag the DoD into this case?
What false claims are they being sued over?
You would think a good journalist would tell you that on the very next tweet, being that it's the most obvious question... But I'm not seeing it anywhere
From what I have seen lawyers get around 35% if they do the work free up front. Sounds like a lot but the person I know who went through it literally took 3 years and a mountain of paperwork and that was just for an injury from a drunk driver so I can only imagine how much from something of this magnitude.
Also you always swing for the fence knowing they won’t pay 3 trillion. It’s kind of like a negotiation. You open discovery and start proving your case then They come back and say 100 billion you come back and say 1 trillion, etc…
And this month in the D.S. **Pass the Payoff Around ** Pfizer profits will be passed to selected lawyers while Norfolk Southern Profits will be passed to EPA Contractors.
Sounds like a Trumpiphore there. "A very good contract, maybe the best contract" if violated they will never be able to shift the blame of the Vax shitshow on Trump.
Pfizer violated their Operation Warp Speed contract.
I'm guessing the Operation Warp Speed contract included stipulations about the work done on the vaccines and about the final product that were NOT adhered to.
Even if they don’t get the $3T, the discovery phase of this trial should be an eye opener. Please judge, no gag orders.
Ask for it in constitutional silver.
Sure don't want it in FRN toilet paper....

I'm thinking, "safe and effective".

Interesting post time 🤔
They get paid to murder win or lose. They need to be handled outside the court room to have any punishment fit the crime.
All these lawsuits are going to start the run on the banks
Oh I hope they get somewhere with this before someone is suicided.
Finally.
Let me guess. Lawyers will get 99.9% of this while victims get f all. Because "justice"

Any more sauce on this?
Barnes explains the violations of "a very good contract, maybe the best contract" on yesterday's viva and Barnes Livestream.
Maybe this is where PDJT enters the chat

Is he a doctor or a scientist? Nope. He will not be held responsible.
