Jesus also flipped over money changers' tables and chased them from the temple with a whip.
Oh well you better get your whip and head to the nearest Jewish temple then.
By Jewish temple you probably mean a bank
That works.

I just love when someone who has never even opened the Bible, let alone read through it and studied it, tries to tell legit Christians what the Bible says and what Jesus would really do.
In general, you will be more persuasive if you steel-man someone's arguments instead of straw-man them. What I mean is really try to take the best version of their arguments, only modifying it to actually make their argument stronger, never weaker.
Of course this is not easy to do with all the bad blood among humans, but it is critical for us to come together and overthrow the ponzi lizards.
Ponzi lizards may be the best new term for the evil bastards on top of this satanic pyramid that I have heard all year. Thank you for that!
Also with no scripture to back up claims.
Like that e er inspires anything but the citing of other scriptures to back up opposing claims. God what a mess that makes.
The Old Testament exists. I'm sure they don't want us to go there.
My favorite is watching Christians from different sects fight about doctrine as angrily as if they were talking to a pedophile liberal and never consider the possibility they might not know everything.
My favorite is watching smug scoffers looking down on others, convinced of their own superiority, evidenced by make statements that assume the inner workings of complete strangers' thought processes to further the doubts of any onlookers.
my favorite is to bring holy spirit to an unbeliever and witness a powerful encounter where the unbeliever is left in shocked/disbelief while Jesus does a work. the unbeliever is very happy to hear the gospel in that moment. the key here is being aware of God's definition of what an unbeliever is. debate in the flesh is a waste of time when your dealing with spiritual truths. we do this...

Many things are worth debating, whether clear or ambiguous. Nobody claims to know all things as far as I can observe, but ironing sharpening iron is healthy and edifying. Also, why would the average Christian speak angrily to a βpedophile liberalβ? Do you mean on a daily basis online and offline?
I am not sure that you believe Christians speak angrily to left leaning pedophiles. Christians are generally even-mannered face-to-face and in online forums, as are people from other religions.
I watch Christians at each others throats almost every sunday on this board when they find they disagree on matters of doctrine. Someone is always telling the other they canβt be saved if they believe or donβt believe such and such. Exhausting, frankly.
Love takes no pleasure in evil, but rejoices in the truth I Cor. 13:1
The issue is never love vs truth. Love speaks the truth.
What I think we need today is a logical and theoretical framework that distinguishes between true love and false love.
True love is love that emanates from the original nature given to use by God, that small cell of God that lives inside each of us. True love manifests fully in the natural God-centered family. Parental love, conjugal love, sibling love, and child's love. When these loves are centered on God they form an unbreakable family unit, and then stand as the blueprint for how we treat everyone else in society: Elders are (like) my parents, peers are like my siblings, and youngers are like my children.
I have the same heart towards each of them that I have towards my own. Conjugal love, however, is 100% exclusive. One man, one woman. I should love my wife or husband as if she or he is the representative of the other half of God's nature. ( Gen 1:27 So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.)
True love puts the well-being of the object of love before itself.
The devil sought to undermine and destroy that love. That's why he tempted Eve and then through her tempted Adam. He managed to destroy the first human family before they could embody God's true love.
False love is fallen love. It emanates from the fallen nature we inherited from the fall, and from which only Christ can liberate us fully.
Fallen love puts itself before the object of love. It seeks the object of love in order to fulfill its own desires and needs above all else, above even the well-being of the person or thing it 'loves'. ("Yes, that woman is not my wife, but I Need her") It's the most destructive force in human history, which is why the Cabal always uses THIS fallen love to control and destroy; promiscuity, infidelity, unfaithfulness, debased forms of love, pedophilia, etc. Tempt and then control through fallen love. Destroy the family which is the keystone for God's love manifesting in the world. Fallen love loves itself above all things, even when it says it doesn't.
Love ain't love. True love is love + truth in harmony, fallen love is love + a lie in unity. True love aligns with truth. False love aligns with lies.
This is at the root of the woke movement; lies. Falsehoods. And people lose their sh*t if you call out their lies and state the truth.
"The issue is never love vs truth. Love speaks the truth."
So well stated, fren!
What you call fallen love I think of as self and selfishness.
Personally, I think there needs to be more clarity on that. A child in its natural state displays 'selfishness', but this isn't fallen or corrupt, just immature. That selfishness functions for the child to help preserve itself. Yet, the child will still cry if mummy or daddy are sad, and still try to make drawings that make mummy and daddy happy, etc.
One of the outcomes of the Fall is that the ability for our heart (aka spirit/mind) to grow naturally and unhindered into maturity became derailed. So, instead of maturing, even as 'adults', we slip into distorted 'selfishness', twisted by fallen love.
If a child doesn't grow properly into maturity (by passing through and developing all the stages of love in unity with God - child's love, sibling love, conjugal love, parental love), then what grows? The fallen nature grows, and that is the hook that the devil uses to ensnare, undermine and drag into dark places.
The main point here is a clear distinction between what is from God (original) and what is from the Devil (fallen). Unless we are able to clearly distinguish this on all levels, then there are limits on how much we can separate from the devil and be restored to God.
Conversely, when what is original is made clear, and what is fallen is made clear, then we can advance the separation process that begins with accepting Christ, and clear out the fallen inheritance more and more from our lives, our families, and the world.
I'm not saying you're wrong; I'm saying that in today's world, where logic and reasoning are used ad infinitum by evil to confuse, mislead and enslave (i.e. Marxist ideology as one example), as a whole, humanity needs to upgrade how we understand the world so that it becomes crystal clear. This also provides the starting point for showing why Jesus is right and why we need Christ, not simply from faith or belief or feeling, but from a standpoint of logic and sensibility.
CS Lewis was a great champion in this area, for example.
On an individual level, we all have our own ways of interpreting, our own labels, and concepts that we use to navigate the world and separate truth from lies. But in a world where logic and reasoning (aka our intellect) have reached a height never before experienced by humans, the old arguments need to be shown to be right in new ways.
"Now we see but a dim reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face."
BTW, you can even go further to pinpoint the key fallen nature inherited from the devil, and see how God worked hard and showed the model patterns in scripture (through the people in the Bible) to identify it, and separate from it.
It's more loving to tell the boy that he can't fly and lead him away from the cliff than it is to tell him he is a bird as long as he believes.
Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
If I'm wrong, I want to know. Otherwise, I'd be insisting that you lie to me. Which is a sin and the opposite of Christ's love.
So was Jesus doing Satanβs work by telling Peter he could walk on water?
(Agreed on the tranny point though)
He didn't tell him he could walk on water. Peter asked Jesus to allow him to come over. And Jesus said "come"
Lol. Ok.
Cue Peter walking on water.
Funny how they try to hold us to a standard which they think doesn't apply to them.
They also constantly argue in bad faith by saying that my disagreement with someone's lifestyle somehow means that I hate them. It's not even remotely the same thing
Good old Pajama Boy, from the heady days of "if you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor".
Wonder where he's been all these years since BammyCare.
He's probably transitioned and living as a pretend woman...
Abs if you think your judgment is on par with Jesus I suggest you find a whip and get cracking.
Gotta love how religion, especially Christianity, have experts on it outside of the practice.
And those "experts" are also the ones saying we need to trust the experts in their fields.
I call myself religious. I mean I don't buy the story that the world and ourselves are just mechanistic systems and when you're dead that's it. Just does not make sense that we and all this stuff would exist for literally no reason. So I suspect there is a god - I don't know for sure but by definition if there is a god then it is unknowable otherwise it would not be god.
That's 100% of how it rolls for me. I don't need to affiliate myself to others and we all sing the same songs and wear the same hats. I don't need to go around promoting my superior religious team against other inferior religious teams. It's my business and I keep it to myself. It would be nice if everyone else did that too and we could focus on Q and the great awakening.
Why do these eejuts quote from a book they don't believe in?
βGet behind me, Satan! You are a stumbling block to me; you do not have in mind the concerns of God, but merely human concerns.β
Matt 16:23
"I'm not a Christian, but-"
"Then I do not care what theological conclusions you have come to, as clearly you are actively rejecting the Holy Spirit."
Would this be called a meme? I can't tell.
Wow! People still believe the Bible is real ant not copied from the Sumerian Cuneiform tablets.
You mean Genesis, right?
